It does what a computer should do, but it is very slow despite the i5 processor. Overall, I miss my dell. Ease of Use With Windows 7 installed there is no difference in how it is used. It is the amount of times that programs crash and how slow it goes at times that is difficult. Hardware Quality it's fine, but not great. Support & Service Haven't had to call yet, because it is a work computer, so i'll rate in the middle. Durability Doesn't seem like it is going to last a long time so far. Design The slim tower is nice, but the USB ports on the front are on the bottom, so with the keyboard in front it is hard to get flash drives and such in without moving around my entire desk. Performance Slow and programs crash a lot.
