I am not the best cook in the world, so I am always looking for the most convenient thing out there to help me along the way. I received this as a wedding gift and for like two years it sat in the same box it came in. I did not know what I was missing out on! We finally broke it out one day and started using it and we were amazed at how easy it was to get some good rice cooked thoroughly! We have been using it every time we cook rice ever since. It is so easy to use, and all you have to do is follow simple instructions as to how much water and rice to put in. We also steam vegetables in this cooker as well, especially like brocoli and all that. It is so good and simple. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to save a little time in the kitchen!

Krups RK7011 Rice Cooker does exactly what it says cooks a great pot of rice.  It is very stylish and easy to use.  I set it and forget it.  Rice comes out perfect everytime when i use the krups RK7011 rice cooker.  there are differnt settings depedning on if you are making white or brown rice.  It is easy to clean up after usage.  I think the number one advantage of this or any rice cooker is that if frees up the stove for cooking other things.  You just set this on your countertop and it handles all the cooking.  I received this as a gift.  I actually had no problems with lumpy or sticy rice when i cooked on the stove.  I cooked all varities from minute rice to specialty rices without a rice cooker.  I personally did not produce a better product with the rice cooker.  The krups RK7011 is just convient for me freeing up space on the stove.  I like to use the cooker to keep food warm also when i am cooking for a crowd.

The Krups rice cooker is great. Not only does it make tasty rice. It is also a slow cooker and a steamer. I am really glad I bought it. I use it quite frequently for rice and as a slow cooker for chilis or stews. I find it very easy to use and the rice made by it is always tasty. It comes with a measuring cup and a small spoon and a steaming tray - all made of plastic. The inner pot is made of aluminum with non-stick surface. I make sure I only use a soft sponge to clean it so it will last as long as possible.  In general it is very well built. The outside is partially stainless steel but it seems fingerprint proof.  It is easy to clean and looks good.  I sometimes lift the full pot using the handle inside the lid. Not sure if this is recommended but  the lid a locks definitely tight when closed and can hold some weight. During operation the steam escapes through a vent in the lid. When using the pot you want to have free airspace above it. I don't think it would to so well for a cabinet right above it if you used it regularly  - which I'am fairly sure you would.  I am very satisfied this multi-functional rice cooker.

There is one work I can say about this wonderful Rice cooker...I Love, Love, Love it. It makes the rice...Mintue rice is history...Before I got my rice cooker I would  not eat regular rice, because I did not like how it tasted...Now with my rice cooker I love it, taste better than Minute rice,,Well worth the money..
