Having been a nail tech for over 10 years I have used my fair share of hand scrubs. The Julep Glycolic Hand Scrub is just right for removing dry dead skin. It also helps to moisturize and soften hands and cuticles. This scrub should be used sparingly. Using it daily would be too much for the skin and would cause the skin to scratch and have a need to heal. Simply scrubbing for 2 minutes and rinsing is all you need. It's a light but effective scrub. Scrub, dry hands, let sit for a minute or two and moisture with your favorite lotion. Thanks all you need to do to keep your hands soft and young. Julep Hand Scrub works but is kind of pricey. Luckily Julep offers various promotional discounts weekly. I would say it's a great scrub worth have of the suggested price. Make sure you look out for the Julep discounts to get your hands on this product. Effectiveness It has just the right mixture of moisturizers and abrasives to give your skin what it needs. Scent The scrub has more of a feminine scent. This should not be used on men.

I subscribe to Julep Maven monthly boxes and generally enjoy Julep Maven nail polishes. However I was looking to try other Julep beauty products and thus purchased this Julep Hand Scrub. I was a bit skeptical at first and wasn't sure if this hand scrub would worked as I have used many in the past with unimpressive results. Even after the first use with Julep I could tell that it was working. I applied the product with a bit of water and scrubbed my hands for about a minute. The scrub did not hurt but you could definitely tell the products were rubbing against your skin. When I rinsed it off my hands immediately felt softer. I have used this once a week for awhile and my hands have definitely gotten softer and my dry patches have improved. This has also been effective for my elbows and forearms. Although I love this scrub, I do think that it is a bit expensive. It does a last a long time though as you only need a bit to do the exfoliating. Also, if you sign up to be a Julep Maven you get a discount and they often have sales. Overall I recommend this Julep hand scrub for those looking for softer hands! Scent The scent is subtle, not long lasting, and not overpowering. I would say it is barely noticeable.

great scent and leaves your hands feeling soft not dry at all worth the money in my book! not a big fan of nail polish though i got that from walmart and target but this scrub is wonderful i will buy over and over.the cost is a little high but after i got it in the mail (very quick shipping by the way) in a cute little box i was wonderfuly surprized at how well it work and how little i needed for each use and the hand cream is also a great product to use with it even though you dont have to i keep that in my purse at all times Effectiveness i use it once a week and on my elbows great !do not suggest useing on your feet feels funny to me but they do offer a warming foot scrub that i want to try next if it works as well as the hand scrube i will be buying that as well .i used avon for years but i have switched over to julep for these products they are great and last a good long time so the cost almost offsets itself with longjevity sorry if it sounds like i'm selling it just love when i find something that does not waste my money and does what they say it will and i wash my hans so much i need that extra mositure for them! Scent not to much just right amount not to over power your perfume at all !
