The one truly great thing is the headphones do not fall out I shook my head really hard but they still did not fall out. The only come out when you tug on the wires These jvc headphones are really comfortable in the ears and should fit your ear just fine The sound is of high quality and the headphones are loud so the produce good quality music. Unlike some headphones that have the extra long cables this has a medium length cable not too long and not too short. The head phones have the tacks in between the left and the right ear bud to prevent them from ripping apart. To be exact there are two tack **Cool** Well in my opinion the box that come with the head phones takes a bit to open I guess it's a good thing to preserve the headphones
