This computer is pretty cool. It has Microsoft Office which is perfect when I have to write a paper or complete a power point. I like to play games and it's already pre-install a lot of games. You do have to pay for them once your trial is over. I do like the touch screen aspect of it because I do get tired of typing. The memory on it is really good, I have a lot of programs installed on my computer and it still runs fast. The only issue I have is that it does stall sometimes when I'm using the internet which is a huge negative because I do everything online. I have to clear the history a lot so that the internet runs faster.

This computer has made advanced users of all my grandchildren. Though the oldest ones were extremely savvy from age 3 1/2 yrs the youngest 2 yrs and 3 yrs are now advanced users because the Touchsmart has eliminated the eye/hand coordination required with prior computers to use a computer mouse. This is not a bad thing. They will eventually learn to use a computer mouse and learning to use the computer will be an incentive, not every computer they will encounter will be touchscreen. Ease of Use No mouse needed. Has built in onscreen keyboard. Netflix movies are found easily by my 2 and 3 year old grandchildren. They are also changed easily-they like the finger scrolling feature, it's fun to watch all those movie titles run up and down the screen so fast just using your finger. lol. Grownups like these features also. Hardware Quality Extreme pressure can be applied to the touch screen and no damage is done. We have not dropped or knocked the computer over so fortunately we have not had to experience whether the computer 'shell' would protect the components inside. We love that the entire computer is self contained and all that is needed to move it from room to room is the power cord. Internet access is achieved via wireless router. Support & Service I have had to call customer service only once . My call was answered quickly and the correct solution was found and related in a friendly and timely manner. Durability I've had this computer for 3 years and though I need to purchase a new warranty, my three year warranty is about to run out, I have never needed to use it. The screen can stand up to some very hard pressure from little and big fingers. We have not dropped or knocked the computer over so fortunately we have not had to experience whether the computer 'shell' would protect the components inside. Design This computer has a tilt screen. This enables even the smallest of users to view the content at an accessible and comfortable angle. Though I have to clean fingerprints from the screen often, lol, the screen can stand up to some very hard pressure from little and big fingers. The display works like an iphone display. Scrolling is achieved with a wave of the finger on the touch screen. Performance I have not had any problems with this computer other than when grandchildren having clicked yes when they should have clicked no. lol. These were usually minor user related and easily corrected situations. We enjoy using this computer and it has 'paid' for itself many times over with the laughter and learning it provides our family.
