Works well!

5

Works just as it says it will. Does exactly what it claims. This product is a surprise in how well it actually works. The stick applicator design is easy to use. I usually put it on then put my socks on before bed. I can tell a difference in just a few uses. The big difference was when I used it on my husband's feet. He is on his feet at work and his heels crack and are really rough. Heel Tastic made the rough and cracked part around the outer edge of his heel noticeably softer in just a couple of days, and the cracks started getting smaller. It is amazing. I like that it smells like coconut and feels smooth like the beeswax that is on the ingredient list. It is not greasy however. I just feels nice. Takes a little time to soak in and will leave footprints on the floor if you walk on it without socks at first. I was more impressed than I expected to be when it started to work the way it says it will. And the results last for a reasonable time period. I don't use it as ofted as I did in the beginning, but mostly focus on rough spots about once a week. Smells nice, too. And feels good. T is kind of a relaxing massage for my feet when I apply it.

"Wonderful smell" is not the first thing that comes to mind!

I got heeltastic as a gift. I did not go through the ordering process online (I think it was bought in a store anyway) so I cannot comment about shipping or ease of placing a order or refunds. I can say that the smell does have a medicinal quality to it, but it certainly is not replusive and is not bad enough for me to discontinue use. However, it does not smell fresh or perfumy either. So far I have used it on weekends, not yet for daily use - I also do not have intesely cracked feet. I apply it and then put on a pair of socks so that I can still walk around without getting lint stuck to my feet. It seems to protect and soothe my heels more than if I had not used it. I probably need to use it more frequently to see if it lives up to it's "See on TV" promises. All-in-all, it is a product that is easy to apply, has a liveable odor (with socks on you can barely smell it anyway) and does seem to protect and provide some soothing to rough and cracked tootsies.

Works ok but not a miracle product

Heel-Tastic goes on easily with it's push-up style dispenser. I do like not getting my hands all greasy while applying moisturizer to my feet at night. It has a nice sort of natural herbal fragrance, too. But I have had better results healing my dry skin foot problems with a shea butter product I purchased from Bath Junkie and don't have to apply it as frequently as the Heel-Tastic. I would say that Heel-Tastic is a good product, but not the miracle product that they portray in the television ads! It is also rather expensive considering that the container only holds two ounces of the product.

Heel-Tastic didn't exactly knock my socks off. Save your money!

I was intrigued by the tv ads for this product and so when I could buy the Heel Tastic stick on sale at a local drugstore, I couldn't resist the temptation to try it.  I found it to be just another lesson in "don't believe everything you see on tv!"  First of all, it is not as natural as the commercial claims.  That was the biggest draw to the product for me as they tout it as a blend of natural neem and karania seed oils.  I have used neem oil soap to help with dry skin and so was excited to try it (hoping the smell would be a little less intense. Neem oil works wonders but its scent is not one I find particularly delightful).  The first disappointment from this product came from the size.  After peeling away a mass of unnecessary packaging, the stick itself is only 2 oz!  Ten bucks for 2 oz?  Are they kidding?  Yet I held out hope.  Then I noticed that the primary "active" ingredient is in fact a tiny dose of a prescription cream:  1% dimethicone.  To be fair it does have a blend of all those other oils included in the stick which looks like a deodorant stick and I'm thinking once at the bottom...there's going to be a lot of unused product trapped in the mechanism.  My other problem with this product and perhaps I just have a sensitive nose is the smell!  I think it stinks!  Literally.  Smells way too medicinal for me.  On top of all that I was not overly impressed with the results...I tried it for dry elbows in addition to feet but really a good lotion or some Vaseline works just as well for me personally.  I for one wish I'd have invested my ten bucks in some quality lotion and a pair of fuzzy socks to wear overnight.

Heeltastic seems to be working well on my tough, cracked heels!

I splurged and bought Heeltastic when I saw it at my craft store last week. Normally I stay away from "as seen on TV" products, but my heels are so dry and horribly cracked, that I was desperate! It was on sale, so I figured this was my chance to try it. I have been using Heeltastic twice a day for almost a week and have seen a dramatic improvement. I have tried nearly everything imagineable prior to this and nothing gave me a long lasting hydration during the day. I have used foot creams, Vaseline slathered on my feet overnigh with cotton socks over it, creams medicated to kill foot fungus which can caused cracked heels, and creams specially formulated for cracked heels. Nothing worked well enough to keep buying. I am tired of hiding my feet and being embarassed about the appearance of my painfully cracked heels! So far Heeltastic is making a difference and I consider it money well-spent. Heeltastic may not completely solve the problem, I have no idea... but it is working better than anything I have ever tried!

Heel-tastic is good but doesn't work magic

I tried this product out after those great commercials because it seemed like a much cheaper option for intensive heel treatment. The first thing that surprised me was the texture: it feels like you're applying deodorant on your feet. The smell, however, was a complete surprise and not a pleasant one. It may be the worst smelling product I've ever purposely put near my body. It left this smell on everything it touched as well, including the socks I wore after allowing the product to settle. I did get relatively good results from using this product but it became harder to use it consistently knowing how odd it felt to wear it and the overwhelming stench. If you're really determined to get softer feet, this product is great for you. If you just occasionally want to treat your heels to some pampering, you'd be better off going to a bath store and spending money on regular lotion with a soothing smell.

Heel-Tastic is Fantastic

I found this online and I received within a week. I use it every night and love it. I like that  it's not messy and you don't have to get your hands all greasy. The only con is I don't care for the smell, but it really helps keep my heels soft. I even got a comment when I went for a pedicure on how well my heels were maintained.

Worked when I used it with another cream

i bought heeltastic last winter to fix really dry cracked feet. when i use it alone, it seems to soften deep down, but the surface was still rough.  i now use it along with shea butter cream and nighttime footies, and it works great.  baby soft feet after three days.  i wasnt so sure about it at first, but i really do like it.  husband hates the smell, tho.

I would NEVER purchase a product via an infomercial so I advise that you get this stuff over the counter. My wife found it in Best Buy. I suffer from diabetes which causes severely dry feet. My feet were so dry that I was misdiagnosed with neuropathy because the dry areas were causing anasthesia. After 2 weeks of treatment, I can report significant improvement.
