** I enjoy using Gas X Antigas, Extra Strength softgels because it is fast acting and effective to stop gas and bloating, especially when I am not feeling well. When I feel bloated and uncomfortable from gas pains I need to take something that will relieve the pain immediately since I have a busy lifestyle. ****I usually take One Gas X Antigas, Extra Strength Softgel in the morning when I start getting gas pains and indigestion. It works and begins to relieve by bloating within 5 minutes! I have never tried taking the cinnamon strips since I am satisfied with the Gas X antigas extra strength softgels. Ever since I began to have problems with my gallbladder, I noticed I would have gas buildup in my stomach. This causes severe pain, which I really do not like! I asked friends and family what they did to relieve their gas pain and they told me to use Gas X. I decided to take their advice and went to the store. I decided to buy a large package and found Gas X Antigas, Extra Strength, 125 mg, Softgels, 72 softgels (pack 2). This product was amazing. Within just a short period of time, I had relief from my pain. I ended up using this for several months before I had my gallbladder removed. Even though the gallbladder is gone now, I still have times when I get gas bloating and pain. I make sure to keep Gas X in my medicine cabinet because it truely does relieve the gas. I even carry a small amount of it in my purse, just in case. I really like the way the product is packaged. It is easy to open, I can get an individual pill, and I know that pills are protected from the environment.

This product has gone on my grocery basics list because our family relies on it so much. We certainly don't use it daily, but even my older children on nights they have a little tummy ache can handle these softgels.  I don't recommend any of the chewable tablets or strips because of the nasty taste that is associated, and when comparing found these gels worked just as fast as the other options. Two for adults works quickly and painlessly. Before long you are able to politely belch and relax becaues the pressure is gone.  I find that our crew needs it more than ever when travelling so now I keep a pack in the car because when  you are not used to fast food, it becomes a necessity. I do recommend taking it with a decent size glass of water, however, to prevent nasty aftertastes that the children complain of after a burp.  And for my youngest daughter, who is of age on the package but can't stand swallowing pills, we simply just pop the gel with a fork and spill it into her drink, this way we are confident of the proper dosage and it's much more economical than drops.
