We needed to buy a new refrigerator when we bought our new home in 2006. We needed it to have a stainless steel finish to match the dishwasher and oven as well. We went to our local appliance store, and this is the refrigerator that we ended up buying. We have been extremely happy with this refrigerator. For being a side by side model, it holds a great deal. I like that you can adjust the shelves yourself on the doors for the refrigerator and freezer. You can adjust them on the inside shelves as well. I think that the shelves inside and on the doors of the refrigerator side are very deep. I can fit many condiment bottles in the doors, and the shelves hold a lot too. I also think that the lights are very bright, which helps to see all the food in there. We love the water and ice maker machine on the outside of the door. We can lock the keys so that our two year old can't press them, and we especially love the "water filter" light indicator that comes on when your water filter needs to be replaced. If you need a thinner side by side refrigerator, this is a great one for you!
