The air conditioner is bulky and does a lot of work, it cools down the entire house and the electronic controls makes it very easy to operate, that is a real plus. It has sleep setting and a timer, they really go a long way in conserving energy. The air coming out of the unit is freezing cold and can be felt everywhere in the house, especially if you stay near it. A lady once said she had air conditioner installed in her 15 000 square-feet office and it worked superbly. Like I said the unit is bulky, and fixing it will require a considerable amount of effort for someone who likes to do things himself, a professional might not mind though. It does not have and ion air cleaner, which is a bit of a minus, but if you are living out in the country this will not be a problem; you breath in mostly clean air anyway. The noise level is low but after using it for some years it starts to make some low noises, also you need to attach a hose that leads to a drain to remove the drops of water coming from it, after it is mounted. If you do not mind the size and you need something that will get the job done, then give it a try.

Never would I imagine I would fall in love with an air conditioner. Well, I have this one. It's a dream. Not too cold. Just right. What else could anyone ask for? I didn't even know that Frigidaire made air conditioners. But after my research, I learned a lot about air conditioners and even the company of Frigidaire. Hey, I picked this one. It's like, well, wow. We are always kept comforbale, never too cold...just at the right temperature. What's more is that I didn't pay an arm and a leg to buy this air conditioner. The price was just right as well, very affordable. Indeed, this is one air conditoner I would pay MUCH more for if I had to. I just hope it lasts for a long time. We have not had this for a that long time, but in that time, we have already been thinking what we'll do if something happens to this one. I know we can buy it again, but they are always changing features and models and stuff, and we NEED and WANT this one. LOL

This Frigidaire air conditioner works great. We had never heard of Frigidaire making air conditioners, but when we saw it in the store, we liked it a lot. We came home and did a lot of research on it. From what we learned, we thought that this would be the best for us. We bought it the next wek. Used it all the time, and we loved it. It did the job. It runs very quietly and efficiently. As with the purchasesd we make, we look for quality. We want our stuff to last for a very long time. We don't like replacing anything so often. We don't care for the most up-t-date things unless we need them. Then we look for the best. And, this Frigidaire Air Conditioner performed for us wonderfully. The price was just right. We cannot be more pleased.

I love this unit. It does a fantastic job in cooling the lower level of my house. I live in a trilevel and I use this unit on the main floor with a kitchen and living room. The unit cools both rooms marvelously. It runs super quiet as not to disturb us while were watching tv. I cant wait for the heat of the summer so I can start using it again. I bought this airconditioner toward the end of summer. The only thing I dont like about it is that I didnt buy it sooner. I have it plugged into a timer thats set to turn on about an hourm before I get home and when I open the door Its like walking into a refrigerator. It was super easy to set up and the unit is fairly light making it possible for me to set it up myself. It does an awesome job of pulling the humidity out of the rooms. This year I will be replacing my bedroom unit and I will consider no other brand than Frigidaire. Its priced very reasonably for the benefit that you recieve. Its not super fancy, which I like, that way there is less to go wrong. Dont bother with the extended warranty because its well built and thats just something stores promote to try and boost up their profit level. My last unit used to leak water on the windowsill all the time if it got real humid, but this one Ive never had that problem the water drains real well and drips down the outside of the house instead of collecting on the sill. Its also pretty energy efficient because last year in the summer months my bill only went up about 20.00 a month. Which is a small price to pay to be comfortable.

If you live in an area like Arizona where the summers are very hot, then having an air conditioner is very important. I bought this to use in adition to the air conditioner that is installed in my house because it was just too hot. the water that collects while the air conditioner is running is able to fall right outside so that helps me. I also like the force of the cool air it lets out. I can be in my home, and this air conditioner evenly circulates the air. the other nice part is the installation of the air conditioner. I was able to attach it to a window easily and it does not get dusty either. This air conditioner is not loud when it is on and i can set it to a few different settings depending on how cool i want the house to be.

This airconditioner is fantastic. It wasn't too costly to purchase and it doesn't kill my electric bills. You should go out and buy one for the upcoming summer months before its too late and they aren't available anymore. I love this machine. It makes the summertime livable. It's easy to use, affordable, and the different settings make it worthwhile. It also does a good job circulating the air all around the rooms. And another factor that's really important to think of is the noise factor. It's not too noisy to use at night, so that it won't let you fall asleep. And the timer and the remote control make it a joy to use. I have had the need to leave this machine on for long periods of time- days and days and it has held up really well. Although I don't recommend that you do that, it's nice to know that it is made of the stuff that lets is be so resilient as to be able to be working for days at a time.

I dread the summer weather because it gets very hot in my house. I am in the north, in Wisconsin, but the summers there are still very hot sometimes. My husband bought an air conditioner because the house that we live in is a little bit older so the air conditioner that it has is not that good. This air conditioner does not make a lot of noise when it is running. The water that collects does not make any kind of mess as well. I love the price of the air conditioner because it was affordable and much cheaper than having to replace the whole air conditioning system in my house. This air conditioner is easy to set up. We put it by a window so the water could go outside. The color of the unit is a creamish tone. It does get dusty after a while, but all that i use to clean it is a wet cloth and the dust comes right off. The quality of the air conditioner is very strong and i know that it will be used for years to come.

so i bought my air conditioner last july because it was SO hot we just couldnt take it anymore. we bought one for our downstairs and one for our upstairs i have a pretty small house but not taht small and putting the air conditoner in the living room cooled the living room, the kitchen, my sons room, and my porch and the bathroom. these spaces are not all next to eachother cramped so i think thats an awesome thing! our old ac barely cooled the living room . my upstairs is just one big bedroom and it gets SUPER hot iu[ there but with this acwe have nooo problem at night which is the only time we are really in there anyway during the day it stays pretty warm up there even with the air conditioner on but hey, who am i to complain? sleeping in the heat is the worst! so i would definietly reccommend this air conditioner to anyone who is looking to get OUT of the awful summer heat and stay super cool with this super cool ac :)

This is great an air conditioner with a remote control what is next? I got this air conditioner to replace an old junker that broke down in the middle of summer last year. This A/C has many features that I like and that have come in handy many times. There is a multi speed fan that runs quietly even at top speed. One of the reasons I bought this particular model is because it comes with an antibacterial filter that filters out germs and other stuff I do not want to be breathing. I also really like the sleep feature and use it almost every night during the summer. The sleep mode is good because it raises the room tempature two degrees in the first half hour and then raises the tempature another two degreese in the next hour. This saves on electrisity and lowers my bills which is always good. The best part of the sleep mode it that after seven hours the air conditioner goes back to the settings you programed in earlier and cool the room down so it is cool and comfy when you wake up. If I am not using the sleep mode I have the A/C on energy saver. This mode save enery and my utility bills by only running the fan when the compresser is running. This way the fan is only going when the air conditioner is running and pushing out cold air.
