My feet feel good again with Dr. Scholl's

5

I don't have a lot of money and when I buy shoes I keep them for a long time until I just can't wear them anymore. My shoes that I have had for several years were starting to hurt my feet and I was starting to limp and did not want to wear them anymore because my feet hurt just putting them on. I couldn't afford to buy new shoes so I bought Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts and wow what a difference they make to my feet and my attitude. After taking them out of the package I knew they were going to feel gook on my feet. I put the Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts in my shoes and tried them out. At first they felt a little funny but I soon got used to the feel and my feet did not hurt anymore. I having been wearing them everyday in my shoes for over a month not and my feet do not hurt. I get the Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts a A+ for comfort.

These are perhaps OK for those who have mild problems...but in my case, they just weren't a solution. I already have custom made orthotics, and thought these would be a good spare pair. Not the case. I have high arches, and excesssive pronation (I walk on the insides of my feet). The CF 130 that was recommended did nothing to support the foot, and I had to ask for a refund. In short, if your feet are just tired, give them a shot. If your pain is more serious..(I went to a DPM because my pain was severe enough, that I thought I might have a stress fracture in my ankle)..then get to a podiatrist. Its expensive, but don't gamble with fascitis, tendontis, and heel spurs...these conditions are painful, and can require surgery and immobilization if left unchecked.

Here's the issue: the machine scans each foot independently, but because the orthotics are sold in a pair, the machine takes the **average **of the two readings and basis its recommendation on that. So unless your feet are exact mirror images of each other, there is a good chance that neither insert is going to be correct for your feet. In my case, the left insert felt great, but the right one started giving me sharp pains in the ball of my foot. What they needed to do was sell independent inserts, one for the left foot and one for the right foot, I have no idea why they didn't do this, since it really seems to be the only way this technology could actually work. I had to send mine back and wait for a refund.

wow i have to tell people about dr scholls custom fit orthotic inserts! i broke my ankle a few years ago and have 2 metal plates with screws in my ankle.well the pain medicine doesn't cut the discomfort of bieng on your feet at work for 8 hours a night. walking cement floors. one day my son said i'm gonna take you out for your birthday and get you insoles for your shoes to help your ankle. i didn't understnd why i had to go along until i seen i had to step up on this machine and stand with one foot up and then switch to the other. had to lean forward and my son was punching in buttons and it came up what fit i needed for my shoes. i have been wearing them ever since and they have helped a great deal with my ankle. they are tested by podatrists. it's amazing what two insoles an do for your feet. i still have the trouble of my ankle swelling but not as bad as it use to be. when it swells i just soak it in epsom salt. wow now i don't have to take as much pain medicine as i use to. strongly recommend anyone with feet problems to try them
