I can't say enough good things about our experience with Dominion First Mortgage located in Manassas, VA.  We tried for a couple years to refinance through our bank Wells Fargo but it was only when this company took up our case that we got our refi.  We had excellent credit, never late on payments and income that we could afford a 30 year mortgage but we paid more than the value of home, and according to Wells Fargo, we made "too much money" to qualify for a loan modification.   Dominion First was able to find us a loan program with a lower interest rate that put us in a 30 year mortgage with guess who??? Wells Fargo.   Their rep worked with us to provide us with point by point explanations of the whole process.  Emails and phone calls were responded to within a couple hours to a day, even on the weekend.  For anyone living in this local area, I would highly recommend giving these folks a call.
