This Computer will work very fast for you if you have enough memory for the tasks you perform.  I have one with 12GB and it flies to the applications.  I work with autoCAD 2011 in 3D and this machine is much faster than the predecessor I had.  Like any dell is a reliable machine with good technical support that I have no need to use up to this point.  I have only worked with it for a month but I am I fan now.  I am probably getting a similar mode for home.  For a home computer the configuration is not the best as it does not have a TV tuner or Surround sound.  I will see if Dell can add this to this configuration so I can have a work and play computer.
