I love this computer. I was able to customize it to fit my needs! I have used it for gaming, school, finances, and everything else! Ease of Use Dell products have always been easy to use. This one is no different. Hardware Quality You can customize the hardware to meet exactly your needs. I haven't had anything fail yet, and I've had this computer quite a while. It's awesome quality that lasts. Support & Service I haven't had to use the Support & Service with this computer. I assume it's great since the product itself is great. Dell and Alienware do it right the first time so you don't have to use their support or warranty. Durability I rarely clean out my computer, and I haven't had a problem yet. It's built to last and withstand little or no physical maintenance. Design Everything is put together in the case with enough room for plenty of airflow. This keeps everything running smoothly, and it keeps it cool. Performance I have never had a problem with this computer's performance. It does what I need it to every single time I need it.
