I work in the medical field and instead of carrying plastic bottles with me all day I would carry this bottle with me. Easy to refill and I love the Autoseal.

I enjoy having an easy to carry, leak-proof water bottle. I can hook in over my finger or onto a backpack/purse and I know it won't leak, even if it is not totally upright. It's easy to use with one hand, when I'm carry other things or working. Having my own water to bring with me and helping save the environment by not buying bottled water everywhere I go is a plus.

Best. Water bottle. Ever! Seriously. I have purchased many a water bottle during my lifetime, and this one takes the cake. Before, I was a devoted Camelbak watter bottle user--they were cool and different, and they worked ok, so my husband and I bought a few each. They leaked a little bit, which was annoying, but we lived with it. Until we tried Contigo's auto-seal water bottle. We didn't know what we were missing out on while using Camelbak's! First of all, it truly is leak-proof. And I *love* the auto-seal. It is the only leak-proof water bottle I know of where you can actually get a full, satisfying drink. And during or after a workout especially, that's just what you need. Not some wimpy, thin stream you have to suck out from a straw. We are fully converted to this water bottle design, and everyone in our family, including our kids, has one. Try it, you will never go back!

This bottle is sturdy, constructed well, is spill and leak proof and slim enough that it's easy to hold on to. I bought one for each of my 4 kids and they love them for their individual sports mainly because the water dispenser is really easy to work - just press with your index finger and it immediately opens. The dispenser also closes completely and never leaks.

I was looking for a water bottle that didn't have to have a top unscrewed or pulled out or had a straw. Wanted something I could quick take a sip from but wouldn't leak all over the van if it slid to the floor. Contigo has made a great product with the sealing lids! Was so happy with this water bottle that we bought one for each member of our family of 5. No more leaky water bottles in the van! The do not hold up to dropping them on the ground - duh. Overall they have been pretty hardy bottles and worth the little extra cost for a great bottle.

The Contigo water bottle is truly the best water bottle I've ever used. While I'm usually not a fan of plastic, this BPA-free baby has won me over. The sipping mechanism is easily operated with one finger and seals firmly when released, making for leak-free travel. The lid also sports a built-in clip so you can attach the bottle to a belt or backpack. The wide-mouthed lid makes it easy to fill with ice, too.

We own quite a few of these water bottles in our large family. We appreciate the variety of bright colors and the fact that these water bottle do not leak!!! They are great to clip onto a backpack or a belt loop when we go hiking. Definitely would give these 5 stars!

I received the turquoise blue BPA-free plastic water bottle as a gift for Christmas '09. Pros: I really liked the large size (most are 24 oz.) and sealable lid (it opens with a button on the back of the lid, opposite the mouth hole, which you squeeze with your hand while holding it up to drink). I also liked the lid design: you can drink while in a moving vehicle because the mouthpiece fits inside your lips and has a vent on the top which eliminates the need for stopping to let the bottle suck in air (like cheap plastic water bottles that squish if you drink enough water from them without letting more air in). I also did not need to wash my water bottle a lot because of two things: the ionized water I drink prevents a lot of bacterial growth in the container because it has a pH of 9.5 and is very full of antioxidants, and because the design of the lid prevents backwash in most circumstances. I never noticed a smell or dirt in the bottle. Even though mine broke, it did not shatter (the plastic is "shatterproof"), so I wasn't left with a bunch of broken plastic pieces and water everywhere. The plastic is recyclable, too! Cons: I am rather clumsy with water bottles and drop mine a lot. I had my bottle for 12 months before it started cracking around the top portion of the bottle which sticks up and onto which the lid screws. Eventually I dropped it, and it cracked and started leaking so I couldn't use it anymore. Also, I drink ionized water, which means I get a lot of mineral buildup on the inside of my water bottles; eventually this made the spring on the button which opens it to drink a little stiff and, once, the lid stuck open... in my purse... and gave my cell phone a very big bath. After that happened, I just cleaned the minerals away and flexed the spring every now and then and made sure it was closed before setting it sideways, and it worked fine (until it cracked from dropping it). Bottom Line: An overall fantastic water bottle; I would buy it again. It would be great if you're not clumsy and drop it!

After several years of using a camelbak water bottle, I decided to try the Contigo autoseal water bottles.  I am so glad I switched!  I love these bottles!  First, the fact that they seal automatically is wonderful.  There's no worrying about a leak.  Second, I like that I can just press a button to sip rather than take the lid off my old water bottle (I didn't like the straw that was in the camelbak).  Third, the fact that the bottle holds 32 ounces of water means that I just have to refill it once during the day to make sure I get my 8 glasses of water in a day.  Fourth, it is dishwasher safe, so I can just toss it in.  Finally, (even though pretty much everything is made this way now), I appreciate that it's BPA free. The only thing I don't like about this water bottle is that the 32-ounce size means that it doesn't fit in my car's cupholders.  Not too much of a big deal because it seals automatically and even if it rolls around on the seat or the floor it's not going to leak, but it still is a bit inconvenient.  I think the 24-ounce size ones will fit, so I may have to try one of those instead for the car.  Excellent water bottle that I'd recommend to anyone.

I just got one of these water bottles from my cousin and it is awesome! At the gym I always have to stop on the eliptical and unscrew the cap of my water bottle and drink.  Now I don't have to stop, I can keep going and drink my water at the same time.  The button to release the water is genius!  My bottle is blue and also has a cool design on it.  It also has a clip on it to make it easy to clip onto my bag.  A very smart and efficient water bottle.
