I recieved my Canon printer about two years ago and have loved it ever since.  Canon is such a wonderful company and has never let me down.  I am a graphic designer and print wedding invitations from my home and this is my printer of choice.  Customers are continually impressed that I use an at-home printer to print their orders.  I am also an avid scrapbooker and will often print photos on this printer; you can't even tell which photos are from the store and which photos I have printed at home. I print everything on this printer- labels, recipe cards, invitations, photographs, coupons, everyday information and all on a variety of papers.  It's very easy to use and the printer settings are very accomodating to my needs.  I am able to print full-bleed on multiple sizes and even when the printer is set to "standard printing" instead of "high standard printing" the prints look great! I also love that the ink colors all have seperate cartridges, when replacing ink, I save money because of this.   I couldn't reccommend this printer enough!

The Canon iP6700D color printer has been a lifesaver both in ink cost and time saved. It has seven different ink wells so that you don't have to replace a costly color cartridge just because the yellow part of the tank ran out. That saves me a ton of money alone. I love the pop-up display that tells me what is going on at all times and allows me to view things to print from my cameras SD card that I slide in the door on the front. I have had a piece of paper go in kinda sideways when it was printing but it still came out fine then and didnt even jam the printer. I have been using for over 6 months and not one paper jam! The quality of the color prints is amazing, my last printer cost me over twice as much to buy and the colors were not as bright, clear, and crisp as on this printer. It is also very fast once it starts printing, would be even faster if I had a USB 2.0 port on my computer, and it is super quiet to boot.

I have used many different brands of printers over the years and this is by far my favorite. The photo image quality is very high - near lab quality. the inks dry quickly, images are sharp and inks don't bleed. i like the individual ink color cartridges so i can replace inks as they run out. ink cartridge prices have increased in the past year which is a little annoying, especially with the economy the way it is. once you receive a warning that a cartridge's ink level is getting low, there is still quite a bit of "life" left in the cartridge. the printer does seem to go through black ink a little faster than I'd like, but if you remember to adjust the print quality to "fast" for all jobs except those that truly require best quality, the ink will last a sufficient amount of time. the priniter is easy to maintain. all the directions for cleaning and adjusting are right on the screen. i love that i can insert my camera card directly into the printer and make edits/corrections rather than always taking the time to upload all my photos to my pc and using photo editing software. one thing i have been unable to find is a feature to print mirror-image which i would very much appreciate. i need that feature in order to print rub-ons for scrapbooking and t-shirt transfer images. overall, this printer is very easy to use and has excellent print quality. i highly recommend it.
