Recalled and back but still a scam. You need to MOVE to get fit!

We all want to get into shape as easily as possible. Greer Childers taps into this with her terribly flawed BodyFlex Plus System. It was recalled and is now back with a few revisions but is still completely ridiculous .

waste of money

I tried this for about a month. I felt so stupid doing it. I did it for thirty minutes, three times a week. No results at all. It is just a waste of money.
