I love Barneys! They have great stuff. The fashion is incredible! The clothing is expensive. However, regardless of price, the website is great. It is well organized and has sections for women, men, kids, and home. It also guides you on outfits they would put together. One of the BEST features is free shipping within the United States. For those who want to shop at Barneys but cannot afford it, check out the warehouse tab on their site. While these clothes are still expensive, they are much more reasonable. I even found a tank on there for just $19. For Barneys, $19 is a deal! The warehouse clothes are cute as well as the shoes and handbags. I have spent a lot of time just browsing the site and creating a wish list in my head. I do recommend this store if it is in your price range. It has incredible clothes that you cannot find most places. It is high fashion stuff! The website is fun to look at even if you cannot afford it. I gave it a 7 due to price but great stuff.

Where I live, there is no Barneys stores available. That's why I was so excited that I found Barneys.com. I have been able to find some really great deals on the site. I have always been able to find whatever I'm looking for with no problems at all. I shop on Barneys.com quite often, as they are always having great daily sales. Barneys.com is very reasonably priced and the shipping rates are great. Also, Barneys.com is always great money saving coupon codes. I have only had to return one item since I have been shopping the site. I had absolutely no problems in doing this as the customer was very helpful. I feel that Barney.com is a great site for online shopping. I can always find the newest styles at great prices. I have been using the site for almost four years now and will definitely continue to do in the future. I would recommend Barneys.com to everyone that like to shop online.

You come to expect certain things from businesses, but the thought of the more you spend, the better service you will receive is debunked at Barneys.com. Every now and then I like to spoil my spouse with an over-priced high end sweater or something from a high scale store like Barneys New York and I usually order from their website. Although my wife wears a size Medium brand of every single shirt, sweater, and jacket in the world, the short sleeved sweater that I purchased from Barney's for over five hundred dollars was way too small. I did not receive a return label that was supposed to be included in the delivery box so I contacted their customer service about having it returned and exchanged for a larger size. The service agent was a jerk and completely clueless. They even asked if I had tried it on before I purchased or if I had tried it on after delivery. Well, obviously not to the first one and clearly yes to the second, otherwise I wouldn't know it was too small. Long story short, I paid for the return postage and waited several weeks before receiving a refund for the item. I've ordered several times from them and this was the only incident I've had, so I will write it off as an isolated incident.

The brick and mortar stores offer a great unique shopping experience and I can say that is the same for their website Barneys.com. One of the greatest things about Barneys.com is the complimentary shipping with no minimum purchase. I got my items extremely fast in my most recent order. The website said 3-6 days ground shipping but I got it in less than 3 days. They process orders extremely quickly with prompt email notifications. The website looks minimal in design and makes the whole browsing process relaxing. Everything is nicely organized without it being cluttered. Barneys.com is a good website to get ideas for shopping for gifts for significant others. The only negative thing I can say is maybe offer more views of certain items in the pictures sections. Overall, great and efficient online shopping experience for when you are in need of higher end items.

Barneys.com is one of the nicest websites to shop on. It is not overwhelming like some websites. When you go to the homepage, there is empty space, and it's not completely filled with products. This is really nice for people who don't typically shop online. At the homepage, there are options of different departments you can look at including women, men, beauty, new arrivals, etc. There are then breakdowns to specific items you might be looking for within the department. I typically shop in the women's department, and I look at bags and shoes most often. There are a few photos of each item which helps you get a better perspective of what the item looks like. There is a detailed description, and I also like how there are other items that are recommended for you based on what you are looking at on the website. The checkout process for this website is easy, and the items ship quickly. Everything I ever purchased looked identical in person to what the item looks like when I receive it.

The Barney's website is really classy which I like because it symbolizes the brand itself. I found it really nice and convenient to be able to favorite items that I had looked through so that I could refer back to them whenever I wanted. The whole thing is like reading a huge runway magazine with thousands of ideas and beautifully designed accessories. Of course I also really enjoyed how at the bottom of the barney's website there are several links to all the modern social networking websites so that you can share your findings and opinions with all your friends which is relevant to my lifestyle and fun to use. For this reason I will continue to keep shopping online at Barney's. Over the years I have bought many various clothing and accessory items online from barney's and have always found them to be accurate and prompt in delivery. Usually I get my items within a couple weeks.
