Best computer I've had.

5

I love this computer. I've had many computers in my life, but this one is the best. The wireless mouse is amazing with the touch features. I love how there is no tower. The computer is just a monitor, mouse, and keyboard, so I have no ugly cords cluttering up my desk. Just one cord is all! I also love the fact that it is wireless so I don't have to have a separate modem from my husbands. Ease of Use It works very efficiently. It isn't near as slow as the previous computer I had. While the format is different that a PC, it is very easy to learn and easy to use. I love how the mouse and keyboard are wireless. I can use my computer from my bed even though the monitor is on my desk! Who needs a laptop!? It's awesome because I can also watch Netflix without having to get up to switch shows or rewind or fast forward. Hardware Quality Didn't even need antivirus. Durability Even though my baby girl bangs on it, it still holds up. Granted I haven't had it very long, but it is very sturdy. Design It is very sleek and efficient looking. It is designed to be not cumbersome and it definitely isn't.

Mac Computer Review

Using this computer it really does move as fast as it says it does. The computer itself has a hard drive large enough to store the entire encyclopedia and pictures of everything. Its like a massive library. The computer runs extremely smoothly and all features are wonderful! The best part is is that you can hook up your Apple Account and never have to touch your phone again. Well, I mean until you leave the computer. All apps can be downloaded onto the computer and used and they run without any problem. My favorite part is the photo booth! Its so much fun to use and its extremely entertaining. Kids love this thing, its shiny and bright and its easy to use. The main internet browser is Safari, which to any Apple user it isn't new. I love this Mac! Not only is it great for school work but its a gaming master! Literally I've never seen another computer work so well on online gaming, its smooth fast and never freezes. For business its a dream, it allows you to use iCloud which keeps everything in tact, OH! And you have an address book so if you are given an email you just simply click it and add it to your address book which then transfers it to your phone so nothing leaves without you knowing. This would be recommended to everyone, honestly i think everyone should own one!

I love my Mac

Nothing beats Mac computers! I have mine for 7 years and it works almost like new. I wouldn't part with it for anything. It is the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do before I go to bed - spend time on my Mac! It has opened up the world to me, literally. I now have friends in Europe and can buy almost anything. Thanks Macintosh!

Fortunately for me I have been given the opportuntiy of trying out a lot of Apples and especially iMACs due to a friend who works at a computer shop. This iMac has not disappointed me. The iMac is running a PowerPCG5 at 1.8ghz. For any computer the processor in my opinion is one of the most vital and essential elements of a computer build. That is because the processor dictates how fast and how slow (in addition to the multitasking capabilities) your computer operates. Getting the right processor is crucial to how you like or hate your system. Apart from the processor, I just dislike the memory. The memory features ancient DDRSDRAM and it is running only 256mb of it. This is not even half of a gig of memory. That is bad since these days the standard for memory is 2gb with 4gb of ram being extremely more and more common. Getting 256 of DDRSDRAM is way too little and cannot be run practically today. The iMAC also comes with 80 gigabytes of harddrivespace, which can be quickly used up with just a few media files. The Imac screen is seventeen inches which is quite small, running at 1440X900 resolution. This computer is nice for its time but is now quickly outdated in my opinion.

I just bought this computer and fell in love with it. It has alot of hard drive space and anti virus built in as well. It is very fast and i haven't had any trouble with this computer at all. I was skeptical at first even after i had heard that mac computers were way better than a PC but i was blown away. Needless to say i wont ever go back to a pc again. Anybody who hasn't tried a mac should definately try one and they will fall in love with it as i did.

This has been the best computer I have ever had. Ive had it for over 3 years now and it is perfect. It still runs as well as the first day I bought. I hate windows and would never own another one!!!!  I have Microsoft Word on here and it works perfectly. I very seldom run into a problem or program that wont work on Mac. For the most part everything works perfectly. I even sit and watch movies at night on here.( netflix) . I love having a remote so I can be anywhere in my room and adjust the volume or change a song or flash thru pics even. GET A MAC.. youll never buy windows again!!!

Can't say anything bad

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this computer! I will never be a PC person again. We bought this computer 5 years ago and then 3 years ago bought a PC. The PC no longer works and the Mac is still running with not one problem. It's programs run fast on it and never have a problem downloading anything. I feel much more protected from hackers with a Mac for good reasons! As far as I know there has only ever been 6 viruses for a mac and well PC.... we all know that is not the case. Since is about 5 years old there is no duel processor so it does take longer for some videos to load on here but since this computer runs so smoothly still we will not be getting an new one until this one is basically "run in to the ground" . As far as programs that won't run on mac they are not worth it anyway. Each day more and more programs are becoming mac compatible and with Mac backing them up I feel much more confident buying them.

My husband is a graphics guy and insisted that we get a Mac.  I had always used PC's and was so comfortable with them that I didn't care to get a Mac but since we already had a PC I figured I could just use that.  I am on a computer quite often so I wanted something that was easy to use and that I was comfortable with.  There is a slight learning curve because Macs are set up differently than a PC but after using the Mac a couple of times I loved it!  It was very intuitive and easy to figure out.  The programs all work great and we've had it for 4 years now and haven't had one problem with it--very different from the PC's we've had (even the laptop we purchased 2 years ago).  They are built well, easy to move since there is no separate tower, and I normally prefer a desktop computer to a laptop any day.   The complaint I had with it initially is that there were many programs that I couldn't download because they weren't compliant with Macs but that is changing and almost everything I have needed recently has had Mac capability.   I definitely recommend this computer and would buy he same one again in a heartbeat.

I got this Mac for school a few years ago in Graphic Design and it's perfect! I have so many different graphic programs that I can get into and use with ease! I've been able to download 800 fonts, along with music, etc. This system is by far the best! I will never purchase a Windows again - only because I believe Mac's are better and the way to go! It's also virus free and who doesn't love that? I have all my pictures stored on here, school work, projects, etc. I big portion of my life is on my Mac and I believe it's safe and hopefully can't ever be lost! ;) I created my website on it and have different email accounts! Truly the best!

Ok for one thing you have to remember it is a Apple that we are talking about. I am not saying that they are not good but have you looked to see what elementary schools use for the students that go there? They use Apple! Why do they use Apple you might ask? Well I asked that too and the principal at one of the elementary schools here in my home town said because they were cheap and easier to replace. Well of course I could not believe that a school would use something that was not going to last for quite sometime as it would be a waste of money. So I went down and bought a Apple computer for my Great Nephew and some programs that would be good for him to learn with. You have to be aware that he is going to be two years old in November. I got the programs installed and had him sit at the computer to see what he would do. First he was surprised that I would let him touch it, but then he started to pound on the key board. I had to show him what the mouse was for and I will admit it took some time before he realized what he had to do to get the game to work. Now remember he is only a year and a half. I know that the programs had a lot to do with how he was able to interact with the computer on the level of his age. Mostly he had to talk and touch the monitor to get things to move where he wanted them to. The computer was still working after a week of him being on it at least a hour a day as he really liked it. I have had my Grandchildren on the Apple Computer now off and on for over a month and still have not had any problems. My Grandchildren run from the age of two to thirteen, so the apple gets alot of abuse and it is still working. Which is better then my home computer that is not a Apple. My thirteen year old grandson was on it for two hours and it broke down. The question now is Would I buy another Apple? The answer is Yes. I would buy a Apple computer now before I were to buy any other brand. Infact I am planning on getting myself a new computer in the next couple of months and I can tell you for a fact it will be a Apple.
