I had heard that balancing your Ph was a very healthy thing to do, so I purchased these thinking that it would help. I am sorry to report that I didn't notice a difference.  I bought and used these for a month and a half, thinking that it might take a little while for my body to adapt, but it was prolonging the amount of money I was wasting.  I was hungrier than usual and never really felt different.  I didn't know quite what to expect, so I approached these open minded, I was thinking this would be a great "miracle" pill. I was not.  I understand that they would work better if you followed a low acidic diet, but I like to drink soda and coffee, so I was hoping that these would help offset these bad habits.  I tried taking them right after finishing my morning coffee, but did not feel as if my acidity leve was lowered in the least bit.  In short, to be effective, you have to take a lot of pills many times a day, and these are not inexpensive.  I was very unhappy with my purchase.
