I bought this product "open box" I did not have a manual that comes with it normally. I had no problem finding a replacement from Acer's website. This system was well thought out and I have not seen the normal misdesigns rampant in the PC market.If you are looking for a new computer I would say this one should be at the top of your list

Personal experience Good all around computer for the price. It came Bundled with the Acer X191W 19 inch monitor. The monitor could have been better. There are preset adjustments for the color, contrast, and brightnes. You can not really adjust the color manually. I would recommend this unit to friends and family
