Here is a quick run-down, I got married last year and did my own flowers. Every other vendor was great and the flowers came just fine... except for the 250 white roses from these criminals. Ordered and Paid: Then had BANK FRAUD $5k + (only purchase made on that card in 90+ days) Received Email: "We never got your payment!!" Called them, Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard. Received Email 2: "YOUR FLOWERS HAVE SHIPPED" :| 60 days early, call them panicked: Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard. Received Email 3: We won't have your flowers, we're sending you a different white rose. 10 Emails Later: They "guaranteed" that the roses would arrive on time. 5 days before wedding day: Your roses shipped, the ones you ordered, not the replacement, they're on their way (Huh, wow they get them here fast, ships Monday, arrives Wednesday) 3 days before wedding day: NO FLOWERS!! I call them, get voicemail, no call back (all my other flowers arrived. 2 days before wedding day: Hurricane!! They're delayed but will be there tomorrow. 1 day before wedding day: No Delivery. Finally reach them on the phone. "We'll give you a credit" (LIES) 1 day before wedding day: Go out and spend 5x what we paid for 250 roses to get 200 to replace the missing main flower. 10 days after wedding day: Call them, "Hey guys, haven't seen my refund...?" They tell me I'm not receiving a refund, they have no record of it and the I will get credit instead. What am I going to do with that??? I'm not a florist, I'm a bride! " We'll call you back" 20 days later: No call back 90 days after the wedding: I call them to use the credit. "Sorry, your credit expired." I pushed them... We'll escalate and call you back within one hour. Today 100+ hours later: No call. They have my money, I have nothing. Whatever you do, go elsewhere.

The cabbage roses and orchids I ordered were just like they showed on their website which I was very specific on to match my wedding's color scheme. I wasn't home when fedex tried to deliver my flowers and I called fedex in a panic to have them deliver after I got home. No luck! So one of their customer service reps called up fedex and through their connections, they were able to have the driver return to my home a few hours later. That's awesome customer service!

Gerberas very sad shape when delivered, bent or broken, heads flatened on one side, petal bruised or missing. Complaints to company where a big run around. Chalk it up to a bad experience, still not satisfied.

I said this before on another website....I am a confessed bridezilla. I probably made too many calls to whole blossoms just to be sure there woudn't be an screw ups. They weren't rude and I got my flowers delivered just as I wanted them - perfect color, fresh, right length, and on the day I needed them. I read horror stories from other brides regarding their online flower orders but not me. Perfect all the way.

The 200 Calla Lilies I ordered from www.wholeblossoms.com for my wedding were perfect! They shipped beautifully and exactly on time the Thursday before my wedding. My mom and I followed the directions for cutting and rehydrating the flowers. We put them in buckets with 50 in each bucket. I swear by the time my mom and I got to the fourth bucket twenty minutes after starting the first, the flowers in the first bucket were already perking up and starting to open. It was so easy and they looked great all the way through my wedding on Saturday. I have already recommended WholeBlossoms to another bride!
