I called their sales line when I had some questions, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear someone who can actually speak english. At least this company didn't outsource their customer service. Sluggish delivery time frame. My first issues began arrive in 8 weeks. They claimed that was normal since publishers take 1 to 2 months to dump you onto their mailing list.
