Did not fulfill order & no customer service

DiscountMags.com offers competitive prices, but if there's ever an issue that requires customer service it appears you are out of luck. They do not provide a phone number for customer service, just an email portal - and this allows them to simply ignore your issue for as long as they want. I have yet to receive the first issue of my subscription, even though the order was placed >12 wks ago. We'll see if I ever get my subscription or a refund of the money I paid!
