This is the best fan I've ever owned. I've had it for three years and it is still going strong. Our family room is rather large, but this fan is enough to keep the room pretty cool. It is relatively quiet in comparison to some other fans I've had. And the price is really reasonable. The fact that is a tower design makes it easy to store when not in use. I can keep it in our hall closet and not take up much space at all. It is also in use with small children around it and the design is such that I have no worries about its safety. I would buy this fan again in a heartbeat.
