I I had purchased my printer about a year ago. Up to now it was working fine except for the amount of ink it used. I now get an error code on my printer that indicates that it has an ink system failure. After taking all the steps that was prescribed I gave up and called customer support. That is when the fun started! My initial conversation with the outsourced customer was that he asked what the code was on my printer which I proceeded to tell him. I was put on hold while he was supposedly researching the issue. IN about five minutes he came back on the line and indicated that it was one of possible three things but since I was a good customer he was going to sell me another printer at a 55% discount. After the obvious hard sell and into his second printer I had enough and then I wanted the prices, he continued the sell. After checking on line while talking to him I found that there was no discount that I couldn's get on line. I finally told him I did not appreciate his tactics and we hung up. I then wrote note to the CEO of HP customer service which I got a phone call the next day and they left a code which did not work, I have never come across such poor customer care or service by a company and you can guess I will never buy or recommend another HP product.

I love my hp photosmart printer model number D7650. It has a touchscreen that popsups and lets you edit your pictures with just a card or with your computer. You can also check your ink levels  and create album pages with in the printer.The prints are very realistic looking and have a lot of depth.You can also print directly to any cd or dvd with its special pull out out tray. I also like that there are two paper trays, one for your smaller photo paper and one under for the regular size so you dont have to keep switching the paper around. The only drawback is the ink is 10.00 per cartridge ,there are 5 , and it goes fairly quickly when printing documents and not picstures, but i ithink it is worth it for the picture it creates. I do  wish that it was an all in one pinter with the same printing capabilites though since it is rather large.The printer is very easy start up and simple to use and comes with editing software.

This is an excellent printer. Clear and reasonably fast. It does seem to use ink up fast and since it needs 5 cartridges, it can run into money. The only other complaint is the noise it makes perodically. It can happen at any time without using it and it wakes me up. It also was a good value price wise. This is a review on HP Photosmart D7560.
