This item has broken within the first month of use on three different vacuums. After recieving this vacuum using it for just under a month the belt broke. Using it with normal wear and tear it kept breaking. Maneuverability easy to maneuver with a small compact design easy to turn, easy to use attachments. Ease of Maintenance easy to empty container however the small gap for the suction on the base was hard to clean out. If something got sucked up like a small piece of paper it blocked the enterance to the vacuum and just pushed dirt around. Suction Performance the very first turn over the carpet would be good but the suction only came from a small hole unthe the right side of the vacuum and did not get everything so you would have to go over the same spot multiple times for it to pick everything up. Versatility The ability to use was great and the two attachments worked well, the hose was easy to attach and remove making the small tight areas easy to clean. Design Nice little model easy to see if there were any clogs, what was picked up, easy to put together and take apart. Durability This vacuum's belt broke twice within the first month of use, I would not recommend this to anyone. unless maybe you had no carpet and just went across hardwood or tile.

My boyfriend wanted to get the most expensive vacuum on the shelf but I was against it since we only have one room with carpet! So we settled on this one and we have no regrets. Suction Performance Very happy about the suction. I almost couldn't believe how much hair it was able to capture!

This vacuum works great if the filters are cleaned each time the canister is emptied. Otherwise the vacuum looses power. Easily picks up the mess in my home caused by a dirt driveway. Also picks up pet hair. Maneuverability The rigid design is not the same as a ball design vacuum. The bulky base makes it difficult to vacuum in corners or under furniture without using attachments. Ease of Maintenance Does require regular filter cleaning but that is very easy. Suction Performance Without regular filter cleaning the vacuum loses a lot of suction. After cleaning suction is as good as when it was removed from the box. Versatility Does not come with anything other than basic attachments. Design It's a vacuum. Not a sleek one. The design does interfere with corner and edge cleaning. Durability I bought this to replace my last model of Bissell Powerforce. My old one had been given to me used. I owned it for about 5 years before I passed it down to a family member. I expect this model to last just as long!

Good inexpensive machine. Suction loses quickly, but found that changing out the filter at bottom instead of just cleaning, gives the machine a new boost of power. The machine handles pet hair very well. Replacement parts are inexpensive when you order them from the manufacturer. Changing out the belt, was very easy to do. A phillips screwdriver is all that is required to gain access to belt and roller. I would not suggest using this machine for a large house, as it is geared towards smaller spaces. The unit is light-weight and is easy to carry up stairs for cleaning. The hose is rather small, so it has limited use. The machine could be improved by increasing the horsepower, adding a longer hose and a longer power cord. Because it is inexpensive, i'd buy another one when this one goes out. Some machines have very expensive replacement parts, which includes filters; this one ranks high in inexpensive to maintain. If you have multiple pets, this machine will require a lot of dumping during your cleaning since it has a limited waste compartment.
