**Anchorage 24 Hour Car Rental Co, Alaska** I had a confirmed reservation #: RES818 made by their manager Jesse. My credit card was also charged. A week later I just called to reconfirm it (just couple of days ahead of my travel dates). I was told there is a new manager now and does not honor Jesse's reservations. He hung up the phone on me and silently just deleted my record from his computers without my consent or informing me !! Next morning I called the person told me there is NO such reservation !! My credit card was still charged. Then later that day I saw credit card credited. The business is run in a very rude and unprofessional way. I just hope they learn how to run as a good business. Please stay away to avoid unpleasant surprises !!  I wonder why Anchorage Chamber of Commerce does nothing. This is just a menace to Alaska visitors. If anyone need further details, I will be happy to share them.
