Google Chromebook turns on super quick and it is super light weight due to which it is a great option for frequent travellers. But, this is only suitable for internet surfing as it does not has much storage and high processing speed.

I've had my Acer Chromebook for a little over six months now. I love it. I open it up, login to my gmail account and I'm online and ready to go. It uses the Chrome OS which I love. On my other laptop I installed Chrome because I detest Internet Explorer. It's fast, thin and light. I can lug this little baby all over with me, unlike a bulky, heavy laptop. It is so functional and Youtube, which is pre-installed as an app on this machine runs smoothly without lag. This machine also doesn't seem to be as virus prone as my windows os laptop. The only thing I wish is that it could run Microsoft Word because I do a lot of writing and that's the program I'm familiar with (it has Google Docs instead.) I can't decide which is the best feature in this product because there are so many. I guess I would have to narrow it down to the speed and portability. Whereas my larger, heavier and bulkier laptop remains pretty much stationary on my table, I can take this one to bed with me. Battery Life Great battery life

The Acer Chromebook is a great little laptop computer. It's very light, small and easy to carry around. The battery life is very good. It's extremely quick to turn on has it's own built in protection. Many apps to choose from. Great for the entire family. On the downside, it doesn't have a CD-ROM or DVD drive, so if you need that, this may not be the computer for you. The Acer Chromebook is very inexpensive and you get a lot for your money! I would highly recommend this computer! Ease of Use Very easy to use and very quick. Battery Life The battery lasts for a very long time and charges very quickly. Support & Service I haven't had to use support.

My daughter got it for me to help me and thought I would be able to use it like she used her boyfriend's acer. But this one you can't download nothing not enough bites to do it. It is only 16. Need 32. Daughter said if she would have known that she wouldn't have bought it. But I can use it away from home whenever I need to. Lucky for us I could get my desktop working again. Battery Life Haven't used it much since I got it charged. Support & Service Haven't had to use.

Best laptop for surfing the internet. No need to worry about ever downloading a virus. It's just not possible. No need to install any virus protection. I never have programs that freeze up like windows does. I have yet to find something I could not do online. If this is what microsoft refers to as getting scroogled, then sign me up for life. Way to go Google, you are tops in my books. Ease of Use So easy to use and get started with. Even a first time computer user will take right off. I use mine all the time for everything, from listening to music, watching a movie or shopping online. Battery Life Battery life not as great as I would like. Lasts about 4 hours. But this is the only drawback and I can live with that. Support & Service I have only contacted them once and they were very helpful and answered my question right off. Speed/Performance I have the lowest speed on my wi fi and I can still stream netflix and you tube. It goes from page to page instantly. No waiting, like with all windows platforms. Design Sleek smooth compact design. Just perfect sized for where ever you want to go. Durability Sturdy and well put together. I have dropped my a couple times and nothing happened.
