I work 60+ hours a week, and even if I did have time to shop for shoes, no one carries my size. I wear a women's 6.5 2E, and until now catalogs were the only resource for a foot that short yet that wide. I can't say enough about www.shoebuy.com , it is a wonderful way to buy shoes on line.  I have what you could call "bad feet" in that I can never seem to find shoes that fit right and that are comfortable but that look nice too--at least I couldn't until I went to shoebuy.com.  The site is so easy to use, you can search by shoe type, brand, shoe size, color (you can combine these categories as well).  Also, much like you can't judge a book by it's color, you can't judge a shoe by its picture!  Shoebuy accepts that fact and offers free shipping on purchases and returns--and I have taken advantage...

I bought my first pair of Skechers Premix athletic shoes at a department store, so knew the product fit, look, and materials.  Placed my email order June 21 with Shoebuy, and received shipment June 26.

The outer box was taped a bit hap-hazard, but the product arrived without damage.  Got a discount by using Pay Pal and payed only $37.95.  I did receive order confirmation and tracking emails.

I cannot comment on their returns policy at this time, but will say the package did not include any receipts or return instruction papers, which most big box stores send along.

Shoebuy.com does not always have the lowest prices, however, they by far have the largest selection of New Balance shoes I have seen for sale online.   Their selection of both styles and sizes made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. 

Their free shipping and no tax on all orders helps make their prices more competitive in the long run - make sure to keep that in mind if you are comparing them to other online retailers.

I got a great price for a pair of sandals but it took a long time (about 10 days) to receive them. When they finally arrived, they were the wrong size and in order to return them, I had to buy another pair, thus have two charges on my credit card. I shipped the first pair back and I'm still waiting a week later for the new pair. In the mean time, I STILL have two charges on my credit card. It's back to Zappos for me!! They are MUCH more reliable!
