This was my first try at Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla. It was good.
A Closer View
I was surprised when I saw two quesdallas in the package. I almost ate them both and at 5 points each when I can have 20 a day that would not have been a great idea! Luckily my husband said he'd have one as a snack.
I don't microwave that often so I had to read the directions a couple of times in order to figure out how to put the Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla in the sleeve. This is one meal that would be better in the oven rather than the microwave because the shell itself would...

Mexican food is one of those arenas where there is no middle ground -- it's either really good or a major disappointment. Over the years, I've consumed a lot of Mexican food -- the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly -- but oddly enough I had never tasted a Mexican quesadilla and so am not equipped now to judge whether Smart Ones Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla tastes like the real thing. We bought the Cheese and Chicken Quasadillas to try so I only got to eat hlaf of one and man did I want more. This is a very yummy quasadilla. You get 2 quasadillas.
It is grilled, white meat chicken, three cheese blend, peppers and onions on a flour tortilla.
Worth 4 points, 220 calories, 7g fat, 20mg cholestrol, 520mg sodium, 26g carbs, 5g fiber, 12g protein.
We really love Smart One! We only discovered them this past year and have been very pleased with them. They are so great to have on hand for a fast meal when you are in a hurry, but we also find that we enjoy them so much that we fix them alot. They are one of the best packaged meals on the market.
