I am a HUGE Urban Decay junkie and own a million of their palettes so I just had to have this! Love the design, super adorable. Urban Decay's shadows are the best out there in my opinion; each one is highly pigmented and generally long lasting when applied with a primer. The shimmer in this palette is a little insane; I mainly bought it for my crazier days because it's definitely not a day-to-day look palette. The shimmer did make my eyes itchy so that's why I've given it a 7.

The urban decay shadow box skull mirrored compact eyeshadow is a great product. The eyeshadows last all day and the colors go pretty well together. The only thing I do not like is the blue eye shadow, but all the other colors go on really beautifully. I love that it has the brushes and mirror inside the compact.

Urban Decay items are NOT for every woman.  You have to be willing to receive attention and look fabulous.  Urban Decay is decadent, sparkly and glam.  You must be willing to live up to those adjectives in order to wear it happly.  UD always offers cute packaging and quality product.  I do wish this weren't cardboard, but the product inside is what I'm really after.   UD is fun :)  I always get tons of attention when I use it.

The colors are great. However, I feel this kit is best left for teenagers.  I am only 30 however, I feel I am to old for this kit.  While the shadows do have staying power you are left with tons of shimmer all over your face.  People are  always trying to pick the sparkles off my face when I where this. Would be great for dressing up at Halloween.

First off, let me start by saying Urban Decay's eyeshadows may as well be the only eyeshadow ever made.  They make the best eyeshadow by far, hands down, no other competitors.  This is the product they were born to make.  The pigment level is outstanding.  Each little box is just packed with pigment.  It may seem a little expensive but do not let that deter you.  You get a much better value from these little boxes than anything else you can buy.  It stays on all day and you usually only have to go over one time when initially applying it.  (It is possible you will go over more than once depending on the look you want.  For example you might want a heavier look for a special night out or when dressing up.)  These little boxes are great for beginners.  They have some really great shades and can get you started with your Urban Decay eye shadow.  It's also a great value to buy it like this.  You can probably get it at an even better value during promotions.  Some of the box cases, this one for instance, have more of a gothic style which isn't really my style.  But what does it matter?

I do not wear much make up, so when I do, I do not want to look like a clown! This eye shadow pallet has been my best friend in this endeavor.  It combines colors that mix well with each other and I can customize the type of look that I want.  Very compact and well priced.

Urban Decay shadows are one of my three favorite  of to use.  I must say from the beginning mostly all of their shadows have lots of shimmer.  If that is not something you like then you may not care for them as much.  You may find that the shimmer in the product makes your eyes itch a bit, as one of them in particular does to me.  Or the shimmer falls from your eyes a bit but to be honest this I don't mind as much.  It kind of gives you a glow and can be brushed off if it bothers you. This Skull Mirrored Eye Shadow palette is one of a few I have by Urban Decay and I like it.  My favorite palette is the Ammo Eye Palette.  This Box Skull palette is more shimmering than the Ammo Eye.  However, I like the rich pigment of all their eye shadows.  My favorite color in this palette is shattered.  I get a lot of compliments when using Urban Decay shadows and think you will too!  I also am 30 and though I don't use them every day, I don't think I am too old to wear any shadows from this palette.  I think if you are looking for a bit more fun I highly suggest trying this palette out.  Good luck, have fun with it!
