All the things you need for a easy Pork roast dinner

Prices are sky high and during the week we are back to simple foods such as soup and a sandwiches, casseroles, big batch of spaghetti and on Sunday it's a nice sit down dinner.

I have been finding some great buys on roasts and while at Wal-mart I stumbled upon a new product by Tyson. Pork Roast with vegetables KIT. I thought hmmmm, I likey this idea. The price was $10 for everything. 2lbs boneless pork roast, red potatoes, carrots, white onions, celery and a seasoning packet. I love using my slow cooker. It's definitely my favorite product. When I saw this kit, I was thrilled: No cutting my own vegetables? It's all in the same package? All I have to do is throw it in the crockpot and walk away?! As if cooking in the crockpot wasn't easy enough!

It was extremely simple. you don't even have to add anything to it but the cup of water....

however, I did put in some Lea and Perrins for some added flavor (optional, of course)

I'll definitely purchase this product again.
