Alright, there are way too many different choices out there when it comes to hot dogs. But you can search no further for the best. Bar S Meat franks are tops!!!! Bar S jumbo hot dogs are certainly better than the Bar S regular dogs Just the size will fill a bun better. The Bar S brand is commonly on special so the price is really good in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area stores. Good lord. If you seriously consider eating or buying these things I feel bad for you. They sell them like 2 packs for a dollar at a 'discount grocery' in my city. The store has a dirt floor, if that tells you anything. Can you imagine what they put in these things? Seriously, spare the extra dollar and get a hot dog that is free of hog naughty parts

I like Bar S hot dogs they taste good and the price is right, I have tasted many others but this brand is the best, my kids also like them and my granddaughter is real pickey but she likes them too, also I have bought a couple of other brands both cheaper and more expenive but Bar S tastes the best and cooks up easy grills up great

I'm normally partial to Coleman's All Natural, Natural Casing Franks, but couldn't resist the buy one get two free on the Bar S. What a terrible mistake. There is no flavor what so ever. Pan fried, they are soft and mushy and devoid of an texture that I would associate with a hot dog. Boiling them is even worse... The inside is still the consistency of baby food, but the outside acquires an almost papery texture, which seems to get stuck to you teeth. Absolutely awful!
