I rely on these super B complex supplements at least once in a month when I am feeling at my lowest, and in a really drained mood. A dose of these and some ibuprofen tablets are all that it takes to get me back on my feet again. I do not take these vitamins every single day because I do not feel that it is necessary. I only use them when I need an occasional pick me up for energy to get me through my day. I also like taking them when I know that my diet has been rather bad, and I feel that I am missing some important nutrients. I have used other brands of b complex in the past, even those liquid drops that you can buy. For some reason, though, these spring valleys are the only brand that seems to benefit me the most. Some of the other brands I tried gave me some very weird side effects and did nothing to cure my fatigue. So I guess that not all brands are created equal just because they are touting the same thing on their labels. You really have to try them out and find what works for you because it is different for everyone. For me it's spring valley all the way.
