I'm a regular customer of Shiseido Product and love their Hydro Liquid Compact Foundation. It's great now they're doing something similar with "Eye shadow". This type of Eyeshadow is a combination of cream and eyeshadow powder, which stays longer on my eyes. At first I was worried that the creamy things is not gonna stay if I sweat, since I have combination skin (oily and dry sometimes). But to my surprise, the color last so long. I use H13 as a base and a darker blue eyeshadow for the eyes' corners. It was fabulous, and I look quite of a party girl!! (not in a bad way). The Hydro-Powder eyeshadow also has more shimmering/shiny tone in it. It blends well with other powder eyeshadows if you want to make a mix. I have more than 4 colors this type so far (light blue, white, light bronze, and tiger-eyes). I use them all alternatively for eyeshadow base, but once in a while I use the white one to put on my nose bridge for a strange effect (hehe).

This is the only eyeshadow I practically wear now. It stays on longer than regular eyeshadow and looks great with almost any eye color.  This hightlights your eyes, which makes them stand out more than usual.  I would put on a primer or base before you just apply this.  I would like to not put on so much eyeshadow just for my eyes.  Also looks better with eyeliner or another shade. Just the color by itself is too harsh. I do recommend this to anyone on a night out or just for your everyday make up to look more brighter.   The price is definitely worth the buy, it makes you look great so why not. I would buy this and just mix with your either everyday colors and shades of gray.  Don't put on the lower lid, just looks weird and will probably hurt your eyes if it gets in there. This could be used for crease if your wearing a brown or black. Besides that it should be used only for your lids.

I am a total cosmetics junkie, and this is one of my new favorites. I personally like this eyeshadow because it is cream based and lasts longer and keeps its color better than many of its powder based brethren. I've put this eye shadow on before dinner; gone to dinner, gone dancing and gone to an after-party, and even though my mascara and blush were both drooping by 4 in the morning, this eyeshadow stayed as true as the moment I put it on. I use a base under eyeshadow, so this might aid in the fact that it keeps for so long, but using a base in addition to this shadow produces results that are well worth it. One down side of the eyeshadow is that it can be a bit pricey. However, I tend to only use this particular color on nights out, because it is a bright vibrant shade, so one eye compact of this product can last me between six months and a year, at which point one really should be tossing out eye makeup anyway. Overall I think that Shiseido The Makeup Hydro-Powder Eye Shadow H13 Clover Dew deserves a A+ !

Shiseido is so smooth , it goes on smooth ,it's not sticky, it last's a long time and makes your eyes look glamouros. I use my pinky finger to glide the eye shadow on to my lds and i mix and match, my freinds think I went to ap salon , I love my Shiseido.
