The Vera Wang Serta mattress was comfortable in the store - and for the first few days.  Then we noticed the sag.  We thought the bed-frame might not be providing enough support.  (Worked fine for 15 years with the old mattress and box springs.)  So we bought a new frame with additional supports.  The sag continued to get worse.  I bought 1/2" Baltic birch plywood and added that over the frame.  These additional steps did not help.  The sag was internal to the mattress, not in the frame support or the box spring.  Since this mattress has a pillow top, it cannot be flipped.  So we have rotated it often, but to no avail.  There is a pronounced trough on both sides.  And when viewed from the side, it looks like a fortune cookie.  At times it becomes so uncomfortable, we need to move to the guest bed. (not a Serta)  Oh, and it should be mentioned, the warranty, the paper it is printed on is more valuable.  This mattress was not worth the money nor the hassle.

I bought a vera wang serta queen pillow top mattress about 5 months ago.  I am a picky person when it comes to sleeping at night.  I love to have soft and I love to sink into my bed.  So I shopped around a lot.  We found this mattress at a locally owned store who was having an amazing sale.  50% off their mattresses so I had to stop in.  I tested all the bed but the vera wang I kept coming back to.  They had this particular mattress in this back room with the lights down low and a calming fountain running down the wall.  I asking the salesman to leave so I can close my eye's for a bit and see if this is really the one. 

He gave me a good 20 minut...

Lumpy & Bumpy & not worth the $$

My husband and I, recently newlyweds, purchased the King size Serta - Bridal Collection by Vera Wang in late 2007.  The stitching on our first mattress was coming apart and the box spring was damaged.  We received a replacement about a month later.  At first the bed was a dream to sleep in.  We turned/rotated it according to the manufacturer's recommended rotation schedule but soon started noticing a huge bulge/hump developing in the center, even a day or two after we had rotated it.  Then the foam topper that came with the bed wasn't springing back to form as it should for a bed we'd only had for 6 months. 

Now, less than three years later, our body inden...

I love this Vera Wang by Serta Beyond Joy Mattress

We researched a number of mattresses for about a year. We were almost sold on a Tempur-Pedic

foam mattress. When we read the reviews and checked with our daughter and  my husband's brother who had purchased the Tempur-Pedic. They both complained of it sleeping "hot". We, then, looked into foam and found Vera Wang by Serta Beyond Joy Mattress.

We have had the king mattress for 4 mounth now and just love it. The only drawback is the need to rotate the mattress every 3 months...which is a headache...as it is heavy and needs 2

able- bodied people to do this. We are over 75 years old and need to hire someone to do this job for us.

Purchased the Queen size mattress. Loved it when laying on it in the store but have to say not so pleased with my mattress that was delivered. Do not care that is has a designer label, just wanted a comfortable mattress. It tends to lean toward the center when 2 people lay on it.

Get a great night sleep

We have been having trouble sleeping, back aches,keeping each other up by moving around . Even though we had purchased a new mattress just ayear ago. We went out mattress shopping again. We found the Vera Wang mattress. It is a pillow top. Even though our other mattress was a pillow top this one was much different. We now have no back pain. We sleep incredibly,with out disturbing each other. I highly recommend thiis mattress.
