Bought this product September of 2010 and it now has sags where we sleep aprox 3.5" . So I called sears today and the first thing they asked was if there was any stains on it. Mattress protector replaced ,mattress rotated often but I was taking a medication and it made me sweat and it stained the mattress where my head lays. So I guess don't sleep in your bed if you are sick because it will void warranty. Buyers beware

I've had this mattress for about 4 years and it is sagging bad, but not bad enough for warranty. Really regret purchasing this mattress and cannot wait to replace it. Warranty stipulates it has to sag 1.25 inches, which is a lot. Durability We have to rotate this mattress every other month because of the sagging. Mattress is no longer comfortable.

I was disappointed in this purchase. This was my 1st king mattress and it was a firm mattress. I've had it for 4 years now and it is sagging. It started sagging at the end of the 1st year. It was comfortable at 1st and now it's uncomfortable to sleep on. Even with turning the mattress, it didn't make any difference. It's sagging on both sides. I'm not a big person and nether is my boyfriend. I did a lot of searching and thought this was the one, boy was I wrong. My last mattress was a Sealy and lasted over 10 years. I'm very disappointed that I feel I need to replace this. I spent a lot of money on this and when I tried to call the warranty department to file a complaint, I got the run around for over 30 min. just getting someone to transfer me to that department. No one seemed to know where their own warranty department was. After I finally got a hold of someone, they said the mattress had to be sagging so many inches and I had to take pictures and send them in before someone could come out. They didn't have a direct number to call back. I knew then this was a big run around and it would never be replaced. How does a company that sells people on their warranties not have a direct line. I see they don't even offer this bed anymore, so that just show it was not good. With the pillow top, you can't really get a good visual on how much it's sagging underneath. I will not be buying another mattress from Sears.

I bought this searsopedic mattress a couple of years ago because my old mattress was sagging and no longer comfortable.  After a couple of years this mattress is already sagging and not properly supporting me in sleep.  I am not a big woman so i would have expected this mattress to last for several years before needing replacement.  I would not buy another one of these mattresses.  I spent much more for this mattress than i had planned becaue i wanted a really good mattress so i could sleep comfortable and not have to get another mattress for several years.
