Absolutely love my microwave! It conveniently is mounted above our cook top. Heats food perfectly. On top of heating up food it also has a timer, clock, different heat settings, ect. Great for those quick heating we do everyday! Ease of Cleaning Super easy to clean! I just take a soapy sponge to the inside and vola, its clean! I went a few months once without cleaning the microwave and the food remnants came right off. Ease of Use Very very easy to use! Heating power stays the same all the time, unless changed.. Very easy to set timer and clock. Durability Very durable! With a 7 year old in the house and the way she slams things, Im surprised this microwave is still alive! Design Excellent sleek black design with handle.

This microwave is awesome. I love the sensor cooking feature - it cooks potatoes perfectly every time, not matter how big or small. I really like the 30 second button too. Our last microwave had a 1 minute button but the 30 second feature is even better. I haven't had any trouble with this microwave and have owned it for 3 years. I also like the turntable. Performance It's worked flawlessly for us. Settings/Features I really like the automatic sensor cooking features. You can defrost meat, pop popcorn and cook potatoes without even thinking! Ease of Cleaning I'm not sure why, but this microwave is much easier to clean, both inside and out, than our old one. Ease of Use The buttons are laid out well and are very easy to use. Durability No problems at all, very durable. Design It looks sleek and you can't tell there's a fan attached.

We have had our Samsung microwave for a few years now and we have never had a problem with it. It has been the longest lasting most used appliance in our kitchen. It is very easy to use for everyone in the house, including the kids. It is very easy to clean out and to keep clean. It has easy express push buttons that there is no need to have to put in a time. If you are cooking something and you want it to cook longer you can just push the minute plus button and it will keep going. It also has a reminder beep so if you forget that you put something in there then it will beep again to remind you that your food is done. It also has a light and a fan built right in. I have never had to call customer service about this microwave. I would recommend it :)
