I have tried MANY Ketone products and decided to give this a try. I began in Feb and have 1 week left in the bottle. I have taken 2 daily since Feb 1st and lost ZERO lbs and the only positive thing is my fingernails and hair grew nicely. Total waste of money and I do NOT suggest anyone attempting to loose weight tries this. Search for better products with great reviews. Dont waste your $$$$$$ on this. The after taste was almost unbearable and it just did nothing. Im in shock

I've been taking these 2 at a time with a meal (recommended dose is 1 at a time), but I'm a big girl in more ways than one ;) I bought these knowing that they can be used to assist with weight loss, but not quite sure how. What I have noticed since starting these is a marked decrease in appetite! Very happy so far! Effectiveness As I said, I have noticed a real decrease in my appetite since I started taking these. Side Effects No side effects noticed.
