I own aspirin, so why would I need Physiologics MusclEase?

2

My mother's friend (who has a Master's degree in Holistic Health) visited me the day after my recent surgery and brought me bottles of Physiologics [Zygest Pro][1]  and *MusclEase*.  I used up every last capsule of the Zygest Pro, but I haven't been impressed with this particular product. *Physiologics MusclEase* is designed to "support overworked muscles", "promote proper muscle function", and help "those experiencing occasional muscular tension related to exercise."  It contains calcium, magnesium, valerian extract (muscle relaxant), white willow extract (aspirin derivative), and passion flower extract (possible relaxant).  I didn't use this stuff when I first got out of the hospital because I was taking [Endocet][2]  (generic Percocet) to manage my post-op pain.  By the time I gave up the heavy duty painkiller, I was feeling better but I also wasn't doing a whole heck of a lot besides showering, getting dressed, and sitting on the couch all day.  It wasn't another month or so later that I started feeling very sore again because I was up and about and back to work again.  I started taking *Physiologics MusclEase *daily at that point and did get some relief, but it was about the same as taking a couple of aspirin tablets.  When you compare the price and availability of aspirin to that of *Physiologics MusclEase*, it is clear that plain old drug store aspirin is the better buy.  I won't be buying this stuff in the future.  [1]: http://www.viewpoints.com/PhysioLogics-Zygest-Pro-Dietary-Supplement-review-c2795 [2]: http://www.viewpoints.com/Endocet-generic-Percocet-review-0d4b7
