The Baker's Roller - Easier to Wield than a Rolling Pin
*Disclaimer: I sell Pampered Chef because I love it, rather than the other way around.* I went a long time without any sort of rolling device whatsoever in my kitchen. And I suffered for it. My husband and I relied on our fingers or, in a pinch, glasses rolled on their sides, for spreading pizza dough and other baked goods. And we hated it. Then I finally invested in The Pampered Chef's Baker's Roller, and life was shining once again. Ok, so maybe birds weren't singing out my window - at least not because of the Roller. But rolling dough was suddenly much easier. And even easier than using a rolling pin, because this ergonomic tool is one-handed - no more sweating over a circle of floured dough, just start from the center and roll, roll, roll. I deducted a star only because I still don't quite understand the purpose of the smaller end - I suppose I don't make enough pies for that. And, as a result, I feel it's a little bulky (but not as much as a rolling pin!). But I do still recommend this nifty roller!
