Grapefruit and grapefruit juice are so healthy and this makes it easy to get the nutrients that my body craves. The juice has a sweet, but bitter taste and it seems so natural. Great taste and it can even be watered down if the taste is a bit strong for your liking. I drink a glass of this every morning with my cereal.

Started drinking this with dinner in order to cut back on milk. It has great taste, added calicum, and no added sugar. I find it on sale with some frequency and also use coupons to get a better buy. A small juice glass is perfect with dinner as I sip it during the meal Less calories and no fat......and it actually tastes really good.

Ocean Spray 100% Juice Ruby Red Grapefruit is one of the healthier drink selections on the shelves at my local grocer. It might have a higher shelf price but if you shop the sales you'll find this among them sometime. Even when it is nt on sale, I feel good about buying it.
