I recently went to a health food store to see what I could find for my forgetfulness and my lack of attention. Nordic Naturals Omega-3 was recommended to me. I bought them and tried them for 30 days, to be honest I wasn't sure if they were working at first and then day 31 came, I ran out if them while out of town. I noticed on day 31 in the evening I was very forgetful and had issue with saying words that I was thinking, the words I was saying we're not the words that I was thinking. Needless to say I stopped and got more from the health food store before I even made it back home...I will never let myself run out of these again... Thanks for making a great product. I take 1 capsule twice a day.

I usually get the brand of fish oil that our H.M.O. send us. I then find throughout the day that I keep having this fishy taste in my mouth. Not nice. So I was pleased to receive in the mail, samples of Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Purified Fish Oil Softgel Supplement. They look the same as other brands, and are just as big. Luckily they slide down with water. I even tried one without water, and as it is coated with a lemon flavor, I enjoyed doing it. I like that they are pharmaceutical grade, and contain 1000 mg of fish oil. I take 2 a day to help with my triglycerides. I manage to keep my numbers below 150 by taking this supplement. I am pleased with the Nordic Naturals brand. I have a coupon with my samples so will check them out in the pharmacy.
