I am a huge bread lover, but I also try to get the healthiest ingredients in each loaf, so Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat is the perfect answer.  I bought a loaf on sale for $2.50 and each slice was light and airy and full of fiber.  This bread actually has twice the amount of fiber as regular bread.  I loved the light wheat flavor and it is perfect for toasting and hearty enough for a tough peanut butter spread or a soft jam or jelly. This is the best bread.  It has a good taste and texture.  It his an excellent source of fiber and makes it easier for me to have a sandwich without jacking my sugar levels through the roof.  It is a bit harder to find than some of the other low carb or high fiber breads, but it is also less expensive.  It is worth the price and the "hunt".  They have really done a good job on this… read full review »
