I have a hard time with daytime sleepiness, and I have needed something more than just coffee for energy for a while now. I decided to try these, and though I don't see a *marked* difference, I notice something, and the supplements help me feel better overall. I am also impressed with my immune system this season. This is cold/flu season and I haven't been sick in ages *crosses fingers and knocks on wood* I will keep taking these, in hopes that they will work even better over time.

The Nature Made Vitamin B Complex is absolutely disgusting. I have encountered many repulsive vitamin odors in my life. However, Nature Made's Vitamin B Complex is by far the worst vitamin that I have ever smelled. Although this vitamin is reasonably small in size, the disgusting odor makes it extremely difficult to swallow. Despite the constant struggle of swallowing these vitamins, I took them religiously for a very long time. This is because I suffer from a vitamin B deficiency and was told by my doctor to start taking this vitamin to help me get some of my energy back. I eventually went back to the doctors office because I knew that the vitamin was not working. My doctor informed me that the pill form of vitamin B is often ineffective. I now take Vitamin B12 injections, which have given me more success. That said, I do not recommend Nature Made's Vitamin B Complex.

I got these Nature Made Vitamin B Complex because I'd been told by some friends that this supplement was helpful to get more energized, and I certainly need that. I didn't want to drink more coffee and Nature Made products are touted as natural, etc. But overall, did I have more energy? Not that I noticed, to be honest. I didn't even really feel better in any other ways, either, so maybe my Vitamin B levels were normal to begin with, or maybe these supplements' energizing effect is more psychological than physiological. Either way, I can't really recommend these if you are looking for some more energy to get through your day, even though Nature Made has a wellness reward program that reduces the price of their products. I think I'll just try to eat healthier foods, exercise more, and if that doesn't give me more energy to get through late middle age, then I'll talk to my doctor to see if I need supplements or am just slowing down.

If you're going to take vitamins at all, and there is some research to suggest that people are taking unnecessary vitamins that can actually increase their chances of developing diseases, Nature Made is a good brand to take. I bought them because I liked the fact that the bottle label didn't show a long list of ingredients and also because I had a coupon for them. I have since bought a store brand with a mile-long list of artificial ingredients because it was cheaper. To be honest, there doesn't seem to be a difference in effectiveness, but if they were about the same price or I had a coupon that reduced the price I would definitely buy Nature Made or one of the brands with fewer artificial ingredients. I found a ranking of vitamins online that listed Nature Made as being average in purity and effectiveness. Since I don't want to spend a lot on vitamins, that's sufficient for me. I'm still questioning whether vitamins are effective or even safe to take, with all the new research emerging about their use, but until there is more evidence one way or the other it seems safe to take a better-quality vitamin if it's of comparable cost.

I am a huge fan of Nature Made brand vitamins. I have used many different varieties of these vitamins and the B Complex vitamins have been the most helpful. I was hoping that I could increase my metabolism to aid with my weight loss goals and my wish has come true! This Nature Made B Complex vitamins don't upset my stomach but I would recommend consuming these vitamins with a meal which you would try to eat at the same time every day. These vitamins aren't really pretty to look at, and neither is the packaging, but it works. It is easily recognizable as a Nature Made product. The bottle is a good size, a fairly small one, so it is easy to travel with and store. The bottle is also super easy to open and I've never had a problem trying to get my vitamins out of it. I would definitely recommend this Nature Made brand vitamin to any adult who is hoping to get their metabolism working faster.

I have followed a very strict diet for several years, consisting of vegetables, whole grains, fruit, and some dairy. I thought I was getting all of the essential nutrition that I needed. However, several months ago, completely out of nowhere, I started getting these terrible sensations in my hands and feet. They would sting, tingle, burn and throb. It got so bad that it was hard to sleep, walk, or do anything without suffering. It would get worse when I held something cold, and the pain would increase at night time. I had no idea what was going on, this continued non-stop for weeks. Nothing had changed in my life, it just came on suddenly. I was starting to become very, very concerned. I thought perhaps I had nerve damage that would be permanent, or diabetes, or some other condition that I wouldn't be able to reverse. It didn't make sense, because I thought I was so healthy. After doing some research online, the simplest diagnosis I found was that it could be a B vitamin deficiency. It seemed unlikely to me- my pain was so severe, I thought surely it couldn't be something so easy to fix.
