I think that most of us need some Garden of Life Primal Defense Vitamins. When we eat the standard Western diet and don't get enough good food and we don't eat enough fermented products then our digestive system doesn't make enough of the good bacteria to keep us healthy. I have taken Garden of Life Primal Defense Vitamins on and off through the years and it really seems like they help with my digestive system when I need it. They have multiple different formulas to help out your gut bacteria and I have used several different versions all with pretty good results. I am trying to also incorporate more fermented products like yogurt, and live sauerkraut and also eat more organic foods. After all if the pesticides kill bugs they probably kill bacteria too! But, I do recommend Garden of Life Primal Defense Vitamins to friends and family because face it, we don't all eat as well as we should!

Well the name says it all. Primal Defense really is the best first line defense in staying healthy. Let's face it, without proper digestion, no amount of healthy food will do any good. My husband first introduced me to Garden of Life Primal Defense a few years ago when I was getting an upset stomach, after nearly every meal. He went out and bought a bottle of this, and told me to take one a day with a meal. This not only took away my upset stomach, but it also gave me extra energy! I used it until the bottle ran out, and it kept working the whole time. Since then, I try to keep this around, but the cost keeps me from being able to take it as much as I would like to. Whenever I have trouble digesting food, however, I know that I can count on Garden of Life Primal Defense, and I don't hesitate to run out and get some. It is a bit costly, but it is extremely effective, and really quite worth the expense.

This product has changed and improved my life. It is easy to incorporate into daily life and to take. My overall health has improved and I love Primal Defense. I have been taking it for nearly three years and can't imagine not taking it! It has helped with Yeast and Intestinal issues. The only negative thing is that is is a little pricey, but well worth the results.
