I took Vitamin C pills for a while, and have used several different brands, including Sunkist. These chewables taste more like candy than anything, and I've never experienced any negative side effects from taking them. I would liken the taste to a Lifesaver or Jolly Rancher. I usually took two tablets a day, sometimes one. I didn't notice any changes in how I felt, but I didn't feel any worse after taking the pills for the extended amount of time that I did. These vitamins are pretty cheap, and worth the price. I do think that like any vitamin, Sunkist chewables should be taken with water and a full meal. Otherwise, you are likely to have some stomach upset. Overall, the vitamins taste great, are not such a chore to take every day, and are definitely affordable. I would recommend them to anyone who was medically advised to take Vitamin C or who simply wants to supplement their diet.

Unfortunately it is not always easy to eat enough foods high in vitamin C, so taking a supplement is necessary. It is particularly hard to get kids to take supplements. Kids can have a hard time swallowing pills. That is where the Sunkist chewable vitamin C comes in. These vitamins taste great! Kids love them. They come in several different flavors, so it is easy to find one that your kids will like. Each vitamin pill contains 500mg of vitamin C, which is plenty to meet your kids nutrition needs. But is low enough that you shouldn't have to worry about giving them too much. The body does not store vitamin C so getting too much (over 2000 mg.) is not helpful and can cause some problems like diarrhea. The biggest negative I can say about these pills is that they taste so good that you have to worry about your kids taking too many. I have to remind them that they are pills and not candy. Recently I have also discovered that they they are ideal for my mother too. She is older and supplements were getting hard for her to swallow. She loves the taste of the Sunkist chewable vitamin C too. Now I have no problem getting her to take her vitamin C.

My brother is a bodybuilder and has studied nutrition for years . Many years ago he told me to take a supplement of Vitamin C during the fall and winter to avoid winter colds and flu . I have been using this supplement for decades , starting around October each year since then and I cannot remember the last time I had a cold . Vitamin C is a very safe vitamin because any excess that your body does not require is excreted through your urine so there is no potential for toxicity as there can be with too much Vitamin A and a few others . I rarely drink orange juice or other citrus fruits , living in New England - there is too much sugar in juices and the fruits always taste less than perfect in the winter so I choose to supplement my needed intake of Vitamin C with Sunkist chewables . I leave them at my desk at work and take one every day - no water is needed and very handy so you never forget to take them -there is no aftertaste and I feel like I am protecting my immune system with the Vitamin C these little chewables offer .

When ever I feel like I'm coming down with something, a colt or a virus, whatever, I always take some vitamin C. I feel like it will help boost my immune system, give it that little extra jolt of power to fight off whatever it is that I'm beginning to come down with. I've switched brands over the years trying to find what works best for me. I'm kind of a kid about taking vitamins. I really like the chewable ones best, and they have to taste good too! When I came across the Sunkist brand vitamin C chewable tablets I was so excited! Sunkist is known for fruit snacks and citrus products! It only makes sense that they would come out with a chewable vitamin! This doesn't esteem to happen as often as it should, but the good people at Sunkist did not disappoint! These little vitamins taste great! I guess I can't say for sure that they work, but they seem to do their job just fine. I definitely recommend them!

Most of the vitamins we have around our house are hard to choke down once a day. When i decided to buy this sunkist brand Vitamin C I was hopeful that it would be a hit with our kids. It was more than a hit. My kids seriously think this stuff is candy! I myself wish I could take more than 2 a day. Vitamin C is so important in keeping a healthy immune system. It prevents me and my kids from getting sick. I noticed a huge difference in our health after introducing it into our daily diet. It also helps reduce free radicals in the body. With all the polution and garbage in our air it is nice to know there is something out there that can keep my family healthy. This is our favorite vitamin C brand out there! We love sunkist!

I try to take Vitamin C supplemtns in one form or another on a dialy basis. The Sunkist Chewable Cherry Viamin C tablets each contain 500 mg of Vitamin C and they are natually flavored. I am only giving these an aveage rating. They are okay and do the job of delivering a dose of Vitamin C without adding any artifical ingredients but they taste awful. I understand they they are naturally flavored but that doesn't meant they have to have such an nasty flavor. For this reason, I was unable to get my children to take them. I can tolerate the bitter and sour flavor but the company could stand to work on this issue. Vitamin C is important for many reasons. I use it on a daily basis as I am a runner and having Vitamin C in my system helps my muscles to recover faster from injury.

Sunkist vitamim c is a great way to get you vitamin c! The only bad  thing is that they taste too good!  You are very tempted to eat them like candy! Keep them safely away from children or adults without willpower! It makes me feel good to know they are made by Sunkist! I do believe they come in a couple of different flavors. I do worry about the sugar content, though. If you have trouble with citric acid or acid reflux, these may cause some problem for you since they are chewable and go directly through the stomach and esophagus area. I have  been known to tell my child she can have her Sunkist if she finishes her dinner!  So, it is good blackmail material for the veggie factor. Check the label for the age requirements to take this. I did start giving it to my 7 year  old with no problem but check the label to be on the safe side. Our favortite flavor is the traditional orange. I would definitely try these.

Sunkist Chewable Vitamin C tablets are a pleasant way to get your daily dose. I've found another use as well. Whenever I feel a little sore throat coming on, I'll grab my chewable vitamin C tablets and suck on several until they dissolve completely, The vitamins bathe my throat and soothe the soreness. I've actually woken up in the middle of the night with a raging sore throat, sucked on my vitamin C tablets over several hours and chased the colds away. I don't have medical studies for proof, just anecdotal evidence that it's worked for me.

For quite a while, I always wondered why my common colds usually come about frequently. My Mom always told me that it's always best to take my vitamins in order to stay more healthy as well as improving my height, but I didn't believe her that much at the time when I was growing up. Now that I'm older, I began to take her word for it and tried out these *Sunkist* Vitamin C chewables. They taste great and it saves me the trouble of complaining over flavorless vitamins that you must swallow with water. I began to take the vitamins at least twice a day during the morning and evening hours after a meal and after several days of taking it, I couldn't have been any better! My common colds have now become rare and it feels great. I'm not saying that this relieves common colds, but I will say that it does manage to boost your immune system, causing colds to not appear as often like they used to.
