Website was easy to navigate but did not like the surprise $200 installation charge during checkout that is required. If it is not optional it should just be built in to the price up front and not tacked on the bill as you are purchasing. I am capable of installing myself and don't like that I have to pay for this service in addition to the already expensive cost of the unit.
