    Super solid and great laptop

    Comments about Lenovo ThinkPad T410 Core i5-520M 2.4GHz/3GB/80GB SSD/DVD+RW/abgn/GNIC/BT/FR/WC/14.1" WXGA/W7P PC Notebook:

I purchased T410 to replace my 3 year old Lenovo Thinkpad T61p latop in the March 2010. The design of this laptop looks much more solid than T61P but a little bit thicker and heavier. It has a display port and e-sata port which T61P doesn't have. To improve its performance of operating Windows 7 64bit, I bought a 2GB laptop memory to upgrade it to full 4GB. Solid State Drive's speed is amazing, which will allow me to shut it down in ~4s and open big files much faster. The volume of the main drive is quite small although it is SSD. So I bought a second hard drive adapter to get my laptop's volume from 80GB to 720GB (80GB+640GB). When you are typing, the keyboard feels very comfortable and I loves typing on my T410 right now.  The touchpad is much better than T61P. Although it is super solid and great, its screen looks horrible. I know Thinkpad has this kind of tradition on the screen but why don't they learn from the design of SONY and Apple. SONY and Apple make really good laptop screen.
