I am in love with this product after only one week of use! I have curly hair and usually have a hard time finding a reasonably priced shampoo or conditioner. I was hesitant to try this cleansing conditioner, but decided to test it anyway. WOW. My hair has never felt softer, curled better, or looked prettier!

Effectiveness
My hair is not greasy, flat or weighed down at the root. My curls are bouncy, defined, and manageable. I have seen a decrease in frizz, and am no longer afraid to touch my hair! Whether I choose to style my hair or just 'wash and go', my hair looks and feels amazing! My friends and family have been commenting all week on how good my hair looks. I have recommended this cleansing conditioner to several people, not only because of the effectiveness, but because of how affordable it is!

Scent
The fragrance is lovely, unlike other, more expensive, products. I like that my husband sniffs my hair when he hugs me.

I have tried Wen (and loved it), so when I saw this product compared to Wen, I had to try it. I was very hopeful that it would be similar and read many reviews saying it was similar to Wen. Wow--were all those reviewers wrong? I thought this product was horrible! Let me back up and say that I have fine, thin, slightly wavy hair, that tends to get oily at the roots. I started using the LÓreal cleansing conditioner and didn't really notice anything positive or negative about it. From the first use, I knew it wasn't even close to the quality of Wen (what was a really expecting, I guess?). I kept using it and one day, I looked in the mirror and noticed that my hair was super shiny. On closer inspection, and feel, I realized that it was really greasy and oily. I thought maybe I hadn't rinsed the product out completely enough that day--positive as always--and used the cleansing conditioner again the next day. I made sure to rinse even better this time. The result was the same: super oily, super greasy, limp hair. My hair was so oily and greasy that it was making my face and neck greasy. I had to wash my hair again.

Final verdict: This product did not work for me or my hair, nor did it compare to the high quality of Wen. I will NEVER buy this again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

doesn't work for my hair

By

from USA

Comments about L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner:

I don't like anything about this cleansing conditioner. It just didn't work for my hair because it doesn't make my hair soft at all, doesn't really clean my hair, and my hair always looks greasy and gross after I use this. I also don't like the smell. The smell lingers in my hair, too, so I have to smell it all day.

Love it!

By

Comments about L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner:

This is one of my favorite cleansing conditioners. I love just about everything about it...I can't think of anything I don't like. I really recommend this, especially if you color your hair because the sulfate-free formula is very easy on color.

Effectiveness
If you want smooth, really soft hair, this will do it. I love that it does a great job on both the cleansing and conditioning. I get a really good clean with a lot of hydration and softness. It makes my hair a little sleek, which I need, because my hair is so long and dry. It's perfect for prepping your hair for braiding.

Scent
I absolutely LOVE this fragrance. I think it's so nice. It's a gentle but super clean smell and the scent is one of the main things I love about this shampoo.

It has an over powering smell!

Comments about L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner:

It seemed to clean my hair well but it has a very strong scent. It smells like a grandma perfume. It is so strong it gave me a head ache! I would only recommend this to some one if they did not mind the smell.

Effectiveness
It cleans well and make my hair soft and shiny.

Scent
The scent is very strong and not pleasant at all!

Finally!

Comments about L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner:

This is one of the best lines that Loreal has come out with. I love this cleansing conditioner. It barely foams, which is great for curls. It cleans well and rinses out smoothly. I follow this up with the leave in cream and my hair looks amazing and frizz free!

Not the best sulfate-free Conditioner

Comments about L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner:

Loreal EverCreme Sulfate Free Conditioner is a poor product at best. Although it is sulfate free it left my hair feeling dirty. With any sulfate free products lather is minimum, which is fine with me, but it should still leave your hair clean. It claims not to have and heavy waxes in it, I have very thick hair, I do not need anything else weighting it down, after using this product my hair felt heavier. Maybe the Omega 3 and 6 that are in the ingredients was the culprit for weighing down my hair. I did use this product for several weeks to give it a chance to work, in case I had residual product on my hair but it did not accomplish what I wanted. It claims the natural botanical's invigorate the senses, I am not sure what they mean when they say that but it certainly did not invigorate any of my senses.
As far as sulfate free conditioners go, this is on the bottom of my list. It was heavy feeling and did not have a pleasing smell.

Scent
This Product smells like suntan lotion to me, I personally do not want my hair to smell like I have dipped it in to suntan lotion.

Amazing, this is the only thing I will ever use to clean my hair

By

from Warren, OH

Comments about L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner:

I bought this because of a friend telling me about it. I fell in LOVE with it just after the first use. I loved it so much I went and bought 5 bottles the next day

Effectiveness
I use it just like I would shampoo, rubbing it into my scalp etc.. Then I comb it through and clip my hair up while I finish showering. I have learned it is best to rinse in cool water. And there is no conditioner required.

Scent
The scent is amazing. And it last for a few days, not like some other shampoos that only stay with you for about a day. And I don't wash my hair every day.

Absolutely worth trying.

By

Comments about L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner:

This is a very good product. It is on the same order as the Wen products, only much less expensive. I have very course hair and it is dry. This product leaves it shiny and softer. You also don't have to worry about using a conditioner after you shampoo...it is already 3/4 moisturer and 1/4 shampoo. It has a very pleasant fragrance. When you go to shower, wash your hair with this first, then shower, then rinse out your hair. It says to leave on for 1-2 minutes before rinsing.

Effectiveness
It even makes thick course hair softer.

Scent
Very pleasant scent. Thank goodness it is not so overpowering like most scents are most days.
